Very friendly and helpful! Had to replace battery that was under warrant. The manager realized the original one wasn t correct that s why it died so quickly. I was able to upgrade to the correct battery. Ford Edge is a difficult battery to replace and the manager took time to install it for me.

Benny going here since they opened up and thank the Lord I spent more in gas having to bring back parts going through their competition. Plus everyone there is helpful and nice.

I want to write a review about this location. I have it 5 stars bc of how the customer service from the phone, to come into the store, and it being a convenient location from my home. Christopher was a really great team lead there. That Saturday I came in to the store it was already 2 people that were in the store and then I arrived shortly after. He called for backup and asked the other team lead Chrischelle (not sure about spelling) and asked are you busy? She said yes I am. Which we are all thinking well you have customers and you said I m always busy. I said well what about customers? I walked down to see where she was at and when she walked out the isles. She said May I help you while bucking her eyes and saying what are you looking for? She said just bc you don t see anyone in here that I m talking to it s always someone on the phone. Yes, that s understandable but don t argue and make a scene with your other leads in the store.The amount of unprofessionalism that she has is insane bc of how she talked in front of customers and then arguing with the other lead there who apologized to everyone. I just can t believe how ghetto, tacky and unprofessional she is and I won t stop until she is reprimanded and something is done bc she is a sad representation of the the company. I later returned the core from a started and there Christoper apologized over and over and for that to happen he was embarrassed by the situation as well.

Everyone at this location was so helpful, friendly, and efficient. I couldn t leave without giving them a 5 star review! Ty L. helped us today and was wonderful-so knowledgeable and nice. These guys made our visit incredibly easy and pleasant. Whoever is in charge-you have a fantastic team working for you. Thank y all!

If I can rate this place a 0 I would. For this to be a brand new location it sure have some IDGAF attitudes mainly from the manager on duty. A lady i know had to go in there 7/14/22 around 7:00 because she was scared when she saw the engine light came on and the car started vibrating really bad. When she got there she was greeted by a very rude nonchalant manager . When she explained to him and his other worker about what was going on the manager (who is experienced) just sat there while the other guy (a new worker with not much experience) tried his best to help out. Mind you when she wanted to wait inside til she was able to get help the so-called manager said well there s no seats in here so u can t wait inside but let it had been some female that he wanted to talk to buddy would ve created a throne for her but digress. It s just unacceptable for how a man can treat a woman in need. He has poor customer service (well when it comes to elderly customers) at this point I m beyond disgusted and I don t recommend NO ONE to go to this location

I visited the newly opened location to hopefully replace my gas cap. To my surprise they had one in stock even though my car is over 10 years old. The sales associate was helpful and even let me make sure it fit before I purchased it, great service.

Went to get a battery tested/changed. The people who work at this store have excellent customer service and went above and beyond for me, especially Mrs. Shaquita! Thank y all so much!

I recently visited the Autozone on Millicent Way, the Manager Jerry and his staff were extremely polite and helpful. I was greeted at the door and assisted immediately with finding a bulb for my vehicle. And to top it off they installed it for FREE!!!My Autozone for life!!
