Needs better management you have commercial account associates (grey shirt I assume means they are some kind of manager)come from back and complaining about front not their job when you have a bunch of red shirt employees running around like they have no idea what's going on.and in the meantime customer feels like more of a nuisance then a customer.

Found what I needed and was able to self checkout.Personnel only helpful to people they apparently know so I only shop here when I know what I need because it is near my house.but usually I go to the Auto store further away because they always have time to help me.

So technically I've never been to this location but my boyfriend lives by it and he goes there quite often and so far the prices have been reasonable and he's found everything he's needed. The only reason why it's missing one star is because my dad works in another car park place so I have to be biased haha

My husband went in and bought a starter. I have no clue how helpful they are. Not sure if place is clean but friendly service over the phone for sure. Go ring ring hello Go. Anyway this shall be expanded with lots of information when I return. Don't hold your breath because it might be a minute

I went there to get headlights, I ask the manager at check out to be sure that they were white. She said they were, I got home and they were NOT, so I returned and payed an extra 30 dollars to exchange the yellow lights for white lights. She hassled me about the return and the lights she gave me the second time we re STILL YELLOW. I recommend the Auto Zone across town for better service

Kida disappointed because it was me and another lady who needed questions answered about installing a break light bulb. The man wasn't interested in trying to help us whatsoever. He just wanted us to get out the way I guess because we were women. But I still have a 3 because I'm sure the other employees aren't as rude.

The help seems not to care about the customers. They didn't seem to have what I needed so they told me to go to O'reillys. Workers needs to act as though they wants to work. Not have a problem when they see someone coming.

Very helpful. I had a battery issue, and they resolved it with no questions asked. They also told me for free what another mechanic wanted to charge me 900$ for.No complaints here

This place was AMAZING!! Ms. Renee and E.T. were the absolute most professional and nicest people I have met since having to move here from Lake Charles thanks to hurricane Laura.....I would recommend this place if your looking for warm and friendly service...thanks again for all of your help, you guys are the best!!!

These are the sorriest people I have ever dealt with my wife was in the store and was being helped by a representative and I believe that they are Prejudice because they stopped helping her and started helping two people of their race as soon as they came into the store gave some lame excuse for why they couldn t help her replace the battery on my automobile just made me so mad so we went to a store in a different neighborhood and had no problem with them

Normally tip 50 bucks for charging my 8 batteries for my lowrider due slam charger being stolen...Batteries was still on the cart the way I staggered them. Went to pick up and they say they all bad ....Never attempt to charge them...

I wanted to get a second opinion about my battery. And the rep there was able to scan my battery and confirm it was a bad battery. Also get a second opinion regarding your vehicle!

Was the worst experience!!! The women who work there are very rude and hateful. The guy waa very nice and seemwd embarrassed by the fact that the women were treating me so badly!!!

Gonna make you want while they look foe a part they don't have a.k.a chit chat in the back with coworkers, then informed I can't purchase my other item because the manager couldn't get cash needed to run a business for the day

Today, I went to Oreillys because I needed help with my fuses and the employee there stated mildly rude that we do not help with that. I stated to the O'Reilly employee that I have went to Auto Zone for the same reason and they went above and beyond. I left there and headed straight over to Auto Zone. As soon as I stepped into Auto Zone I was helped. I couldn't locate my book so the employee there got out a phone and started looking for a diagram. After no success with that, he decided to use a tool to test to see which one it was. Found the fuse, replaced it, and after testing to ensure it worked I was on my way. He stated that he was happy he could help someone today. The person at O'Reilly seemed more happy that I decided to go somewhere else. Thanks Auto Zone. I am highly appreciative because the fuse was for my heater I needed because my heat in my car was out. I was freezing and would have kept freezing if it wasn't for Auto Zone.
