Man the best experience I've ever had with a parts store to date! There's a guy there named Milton I believe. The dude is just awesome man. He went above and beyond to make sure we had tools and the correct parts to fix our car( the system said they didnt have any parts for my car he went and personally looked and found what we needed). He did all of this while assisting other customers. This man is doing it right. So thankful for you.

Paul is very disrespectful and doesn t acknowledge customers when they come inside the store poor customer service skills please get better workers if you re having a bad day just call out!!

Even when there are only 2 people working and more than 10 people in the store, no one ever feels missed or overlooked. They do a great job keeping up with the tasks each of them are working on.

Coming through the door service was a one they spoke professionally they went above and beyond to get the part I needed and a nice friendly conversation overall perfect

I gave him my car information and they still gave me the wrong breaks. I had to return twice. There was only one girl there with an absolutely positive attitude other than that I think they need to do some retraining on customer service.

My fiance has been to this location a few times this week and not only has he gotten everything we've needed for the car but the workers have been extremely helpful and nothing has been too expensive so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location

I was visiting my sister in Louisiana from El Paso Texas. I had to exchange a bad car battery I purchased about 4 or 5 months ago. They took the old one, exchanged it for the new one in about 3 minutes. I was a happy camper. Thank God for nation wide companies.

I checked all the nearby competition & got the best price here. To top it off, the person helping went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. She knew the inventory better than the computer!

The deserve zero stars. Everyone here is extremely rude. We spoke to a lady named Debbie who has supposedly been here for 20 years and asked her about a coil clutch and bearings for an AC compressor and she said she had never heard of such a thing. She was very rud and when we called back requesting a supervisor or someone else she simply hung up on us. Then we called again and got someone else who was also very rude. He gave us a price for the bearings but not the clutch. Was very rude and refused to do anything else. When we called O Rileys we got a high price but at least they weren t rude and knew exactly what we were talking about. DO NOT GO HERE! Extremely rude staff and nobody knows anything about cars OR how to work with the public.

Bought brand new pads and made it to mechanic only to find out they were used. Called the store back and was told they could be swapped out but when I arrived back at the store i only got my money refunded with no explanation.

This AutoZone has the best customer service! Everyone was working together and a very friendly atmosphere! Ms. Renee and Ms. Angela and another coworker that came back in even though it was time for her to go just to help me! Really made my day and I want to say thank y'all and continue the wonderful work!

The service is excellent!!! The gentleman was kind and helpful and changed my batter quickly. Thanks Auto Zone!Same gentleman popped my windshield wiper blades on in like 7 seconds! He is aMAZing!!

Rude people....... Tryed shopping at this location again on the 31st of January 2020 asked for a price and the minimum of square footage that was sold he told me I had to come to the store and find out myself rude rude rude will never ever ever shop this location or AutoZone again I'll take my business elsewhere get it right Auto zone before

We came in 2 minutes before closing and got great service... We were traveling and my wife's car battery up and died all at once... I was very appreciative of them never seeming like I kept them from going home...

I just had an absolute horrible time at Autozone on W. 70th Street! I walked in and nobody seemed to want to help me... so I walked over to the Wiper isle of the store where a employee was stocking a shelf and I asked him if he could help me pick out a window shield wiper for my vehicle... he pointed at another employee and said he would help me. Well my vehicle wiper would not show up in the system...he tried several times but just looked at me and said this is all coming up.. i thanked him and left the store. No one said a thang!! Horrible service and i will never go back again!!!!!

They sold me the wrong hub caps for my car, then wouldn't exchange them five minutes til close said they was closing!

Not allowing customers to use the restroom is despicable, and is not productive to society.Restrooms are under ADA regulations for a reason.I would highly suggest next time an AutoZone customer of 20 years ask to use the restroom that you point them in the right direction. I will be spending my money somewhere else.
