Went here with my pup they were super friendly and the next day my car was taken apart and I needed more product and a certain tool I'd broke.... awesome enough got online and did a same day delivery that was at my doorstep less than an hour later. This was a life saver and super convenient thanks very much

We needed a new battery and Ashley was great! She checked to ensure that our old battery was not working. She looked up the type and even went the extra mile. To help us remove it the old one it was after 7 and she knew we weren t going to find anyone else open to help. Thanks Ashley and Autozone!

Great people good parts excellent prices. Brought in a special battery , they knew what it was got me all taken care of with a free overnight battery charge . Store was clean and well kept , the employees were nice and professional.

They checked my battery, showed me it was bad but holding a charge. Bought a new one, didn't feel pressured nor suggested to get the most expensive option. AND John D. changed the battery in less than 10 minutes. Thank goodness he was there to do it for me.

Went based off an online price for a part. The price had changed the day next day, the day I went to get it. The new higher price didn't even match the even higher price in the store. So I had to pay 30 extra dollars because they do not honor on-line prices. Knock yourself out here, if you love misleading prices.

Waited for 6 days on callipers and pads for ford truck. They still dont know where or when there coming. Delt directly with female manager. Last straw for Autozone.Forget the lifetime warranty they will give you the runaround. Just ordered all new from Orileys.

Received world-class, customer-focused service from a dedicated team of automotive professionals. Our service representative, John Stewart, helped my son correctly diagnose and fix his weak battery at absolutely no cost. When I asked how much we owed him for his time and effort, he told us we owed him nothing; John said his job was to help us fix our automotive problem at the lowest cost. Naturally, I gave the young professional a little for tip for his service, and I also let the store manager know how much I appreciated her store, her leadership, and the fine service of one of her employees. This store and its staff deserve the community s loyal business. Keep up the great work.

Stephan is AMAZING!!! I came in today to get my battery tested & it was bad Stephan had gave me the best price & installed my battery I was there & out in less than a hour!!! KUDOS TO STEPHAN

We had a part to return. I was honestly expecting a good bit of resistance on this; however, the staff was surprisingly pleasant and cooperative. It was a very pleaamt experience and we picked up a few things we needed with part of the refund money. I will definitrly continue doing business here.

Went into the store for a battery. I got there at about 8:05. An older white guy who looked at my car and informed me that it would take to long to replace the battery because of time maintenance. At this point it s 815. Mind you the store doesn t close till 9. VERY BAD customer service. You should always put your customers first. No matter what...He lost a sale and they can have this bad review. I will not be returning back to this store. If you don t want to put in the work then why work. :)

Very helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for, but it wasn't auto parts I was seeking. I was looking for 4mm screws for my computer monitor. The guys there looked everywhere, and suggested places elsewhere. I am new to this area so need all the help I can get. They gave it. Awesome!

Exceptional service from John D. today. He replaced my battery & windshield wipers very quickly despite a tricky windshield wiper clip issue. I will definitely go back.

Very quick service, but the seller lost a bolt of battery box of my car. He did not care and tried to pretend that everything is fine. I had to get a bolt from Lows and fix it.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted help. I did need help finding what I was looking for and he found the item and explained the use.Overall, I'd definitely choose this location again.

Ms. Connie is AWESOME! She has bent over backwards to help me! She is the epitome of GREAT customer service! Whatever I need, and whenever I need it, she does whatever it takes to get the job done! Autozone commercial is lucky to have her!
