Everyone was wonderful and extremely helpful and even replaced my truck battery for me. Eric and Kenya are the best and deserve a raise. Take if these guys because they are exactly what this company needs!!

I stopped at Auto Zone Pines Road to get help with a battery issue. Eric came outside to assist me. He was friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to check the battery and even the cables to check that they were secure.

Meosha and Eric gave me great customer service. I bought 2 single coils and came back in and purchased and installed but they were incorrect and he bought the set. I then returned the single coils and got my money back. They went above and beyond to get the job done.

Eric S. St the W. 70th location was such an awesome help! He ordered my brake pads and got them overnighted so they will be here next day per my request. He also located a battery for my key fob (It s been dead for a month ) and replaced it for me without me even asking! I m greatful for great customer service at carport stores bc I know nothing about cars and their issues If you visit the 70th location, ask for Eric S.

The store is clean organized with a great staff to help with whatever you need. Eric assisted me to find the correct oil filter as well as save money using their promotional special. 10/10 great shopping experience

We did not install the required copper-clad sparkplugs in the parking lot during an unscheduled stop along our cross-country road trip. That's against store policy. Thanks much AutoZone! Couldn't have gotten home without you

After just getting pulled over by the police for blown out head light, I pulled over into the First AutoZone last night. I bought my headlight from another location but that location wasn't able to get it on. When I arrived Mr.Eric and Mr. Dale were friendly and knowledgeable of what to do and how to help me. I really appreciate how they help this Damsel in distress and made sure my light bulb was put on before I left. I'm not afraid of the cops pulling me over and getting a ticket like I was last night.
