This is my third time using Auto Mall Accessories to tint my vehicles. Excellent quality service. Plan to drop off your car and leave it or arrive early before opening. Quality work takes time. Meg at the front desk is awesome and delivers great customer service. If you want the best, take your vehicle here! DON T LOSE YOUR PINK RECEIPT SHE GIVES YOU! This company is a rip-off I came to this company twice my first time coming was for lights under my car I bring my own lights after about a week are two my lights stop working. I go back remind you I had an warranty the first time I paid almost 500$ but the lady said I couldn't use it cause I didn't buy my lights from them.I get their lights almost 600$ after a year l say all my light stop working I go back the same lady say to me I have to pay a diagnostic fee which will be a 100 and also my warrant could not be use cause it's been a year and I'll have to pay for light again.I wouldn't recommend anyone to go or you will be out of a lot of money they do not care it's all for the money it can be on them they will still try to make money off of you, bad business just look at the reviews they don't even respond

While usually I would never leave a review I feel compelled to for my experience for my window tint service. After driving an hour away from my home, I decided to use this company because I believed it was a reputable professional business. The first time I came, I voice to Meg and the lady in the bay area, that there were bubbles in the tint and if someone could smooth them before I left. The bay area lady did come out and smooth some of the bubbles and she told me that once the tint adjusts the others would smooth themselves. She also told me to come back in a week if I had any problems or concerns. Not once did she mention bringing a receipt or that it would take an act of God to deal with Meg. So after waiting 6 hours outside in the sun and not an offer of water or anything...I left hoping that I got what I paid for and would not have to return. One week later, the tint on my front passenger door has a big bubble and I have to drive another hour to argue with Meg about getting it fixed. Apparently she believes that when people pay for a service, they intend on coming back; that isn't me. I paid for my service to be done right the FIRST time and I also didn't need Meg trying to badger me about a receipt that wasn't specifically stated would be needed just incase the service wasn't right. On top of that, I didn't even get it fixed that day. So, today (3rd trip) I drive another hour for it to finally be fixed. I'm grateful to the young man that fixed it without conversation. Meg again tried to badger me about a receipt but at this point I had nothing for her. They have a tent outside where customers wait but she put my chair in front of a garage in the sun while the other customer's chair was placed under the tent. I guess she wanted to get some kind of reaction but I never respond to clown behavior. I would not recommend Auto Mall Accessories to anyone and if you have to pay more for PROFESSIONALISM do it!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I located this business after being stood up twice by one of the big box electronic stores. I felt that I should leave a review because the of the few bad apples who left unprofessional, nasty reviews... I am generally not one to write a review good or bad; however, I'm not sure what a couple of reviewers complaints about Meg (who runs the office) were about, but I have seen unprofessional rude people, and Meg is definitely not unprofessional or rude. I'm guessing those few people did not get the outcome they wanted, and they attacked a very reputable business and a nice person.I had a backup camera, backup sensors and window tinting installed on my kids car, and this business did a fantastic job. They were able to get me in very quickly despite all the business delays caused from COVID19, and the cost of the installation was very reasonable. To install the backup sensors, four holes had to be drilled into the vehicles bumper along with other equipment, and the backup camera had to be routed through an additional drilled hole and the wiring routed up through the panels and headliner to the rearview mirror. Would a company that is not reputable attempt such an install which, if done incorrectly, could cause thousands of dollars of damage? I was shocked when I went to change one of the vehicle's tail lights and noticed how well the cables were routed and the equipment secured. These are not guys who are hasty and sloppy when installing equipment as I have been a car audio enthusiast for over thirty years and have seen plenty of sloppy jobs and worked with plenty of unprofessional people. I have also installed many car audio systems and could not have done better myself.Unfortunately my kids car was totaled, but this company was able to retrieve all of the equipment and install it in their new car. I even splurged a bit on the new car and had ceramic tint installed. This install was flawless as well; but, most importantly, the car is now safer for my teenage drivers which gives me peace of mind. I will be using this business for any of my auto needs in the future, and I would never shy away from recommending Auto Mall Accessories.Sincerely,JohnService: Vehicle window tinting

I m restoring a car for my daughter for her senior year. I chose Auto Mall Accessories because I wanted an upgraded stereo and possibly some tint work done. Professional installation is what I was seeking because I didn t have time to do it myself. I bought a Jensen double DIN stereo. There was a previously identified wiring problem with the radio so I specifically asked for new power wires to be run to the stereo. The deck was a little over suggested retail price and installation was $100.00. It took a few hours to install and when it was completed it looked nice and neat in the dash but only one of six speakers was working and the one that was working was set up on the wrong side of the balance control. It was late so I was going to bring it back the next day. Because I was going to have to make another trip to Shreveport I got a price on tint to include removal of old film. It was a fair price compared to other businesses in town. The tint turned out great and the stereo sounds amazing. About the time my daughter got her license and was ready to drive her car we discovered that the stereo was wired back into the faulty wiring. The new hot wire was not installed as requested. The battery dies over night. They seem to be in a hurry and have poor quality control and attention to detail.

I am give this business a 5-Star rating. I had rear-window tint applied to my Honda Civic 10 years ago in 2008. They did an excellent job. Over the years the back window began to bubble under the surface and was visually distracting, especially in rain or snow. I called just to find out what could be done and how much it would cost to fix it. Because I had my receipt, the replaced it for FREE! AND, they no longer used the tint I had so they UPGRADED me to the ceramic tint for FREE! I CAN NOT make enough positive comments about this place. They were very cordial, professional, and helpful! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Still waiting so it's hard to finalize a positive review. Made an appointment last week for 830a for an install of a Sirius radio car kit. Maybe a 30min job just to run the wires so they are hidden and secured. Physical reasons is why I am not able to do it myself. Nevertheless, 3hours and still counting. It's hot waiting outside and no availability of water or refreshments of any kind. I'll leave a follow-up review when the work is done. I'm expecting to leave a positive one once the day is behind me.

I am VERY surprised at some of the comments in the low ranking reviews. They tinted the windows on my Pilot last May and from the time I called for a quote to the time I drove off the service was excellent. When I called, the receptionist was great. When I said I would walk in if I decided to have them tint my windows she offered to pencil me in with a question mark and would call me if someone else asked for my time slot. The car was finished in the amount of time they said and two people inspected their work. The tint did not have any bubbles and one year later it's still in excellent condition. They also explained the warranty and the importance of keeping my receipt. The ONLY negative is they are not open on weekends and I will have to take vacation time to have my new car done.

Staff is amazing. They do amazing work. I took them a grill for my 2016 impala and they gave me a reasonable price, time to bring it in, and time how long it will take. Everything came out "FLAWLESS" they do amazing work. I would RECOMMEND them for ANY TYPE of service you need for your vehicle.

These guys are very helpful and some of the only guys in town who will install odds and ends on older cars. It's kinda tough to get questions answered while they are busy (and the often seem pretty busy) but they do always call you back and guarantee their work. Have had both my radio and cruise control installed by them and the finished work on both was great. Would recommend.

I arrived early am in the middle of the week for tinted windows. I was quickly shown various types, even though I had pretty well decided already. I did have a few questions, and some were answered, some I got back "I don't really know", and "I'm not really sure." I would have felt better about dropping off $500 with a little more complete info, but I was satisfied enough. Luckily, there was a small sheet of paper with info on it when I left. The place seemed organized, the staff professional. I did persist about another question, that then caused her to be off in search of an installer. The procedure took about 2-3 hrs, as expected. I had to ask again about my persistent question, and when paying, I asked a 3rd time. I finally got an answer from a non-installer who was not very convincing. The price was in my opinion quite competitive. I would have paid more. The work on the tint seems outstanding. However, of note, after returning home, I discovered during the next rain that my rear windshield wiper had been installed upside down. It was now wiping my license plate. I called and they offered to correct it, but as I live 90 miles away it is impractical. For this and the rushed sense I got, I give them a 3. It's now my expense to fix. I did feel that Auto Mall was a bit too busy, and felt it was more of an assembly line,that my questions were more of an interruption.I did expect a better overall experience having read so many good reviews. In spite of a mediocre rating, if you already know what you want, I would recommend going here,especially if you live closer than I do. :Addendum: Wiper was a minor fix. No charge from regular mechanic. Changed rating to 4 stars.

Great service. Russ and his crew have years of experience and extremely knowledgeable. Every car they have worked on has been fantastic. They are always busy, but that is because they are in high demand. Excellent work and reasonable price.

Can't really give stars as I never got past asking questions. I went in to see about getting the front windows of my truck tinted. The lady I spoke to gave me a price, which was good, but she didn't seem to have any interest in much else. I wanted to make sure my truck was legal so I asked about the tint. She pointed to some samples and said that once installed would meet legal requirements for front windows, which is 40%. I then asked if the installer identification sticker was put on the window and only got "nope". I mentioned that the sticker was required by law and she simply said "nope, we don't do it". She had no interest in any other discussion or explanation, so I decided that if she wasn't interest in my business, I had no interest in giving them my money for what would amount to an illegal installation. I have no idea about the quality of their work, but customer service is certainly lacking. I realize that window tint enforcement is quite lacking in recent years, but the Caddo Sheriff has announced stepped up enforcement and my luck would make me a prime candidate for a ticket if I were not in compliance. I would recommend anyone planning on tinting vehicle windows become familiar with the law, because apparently the installers aren't going to let you know.

On 6/14/18 I took my sons 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab to have all windows tinted. The reason I decided on them was that my younger son had his wife's car done here. I must say that besides them doing an awesome job on the windows also was in and out in a timely manner, It's nice to know that there are still businesses that believe in customer service!!! I wish that I would have gotten the guys name that did the tint job because it is just jam up !!! Just want to say thank you to Russ and his staff for the very professional and pleasant experience and look forward to doing business with ya'll in the future!!! I highly recommend Auto Mall Accessories for your window tinting needs !!!

Auto Mall Accessories has installed two units for me over the past 6 months (The first was a Jensen touch-screen unit in a 2009 Dodge Charger and the next was a UConnect 8.4 touch-screen unit in a 2015 Dodge Charger.) and have installed a number of units for my family members over the years. The staff of Auto Mall Accessories does an excellent job! They are highly efficient and, while I know this sounds like something simple, they actually call you back when you need to speak with someone!For instance, I was doing research on a having a new unit installed and I called a number of different places in Shreveport-Bossier who install radios. I was constantly met with either, "We can't do that.," or, "We'll call you back.," without ever hearing back from anyone. Anytime I've ever called Auto Mall Accessories, they've been responsive and get back with me in a timely manner. Their customer service and quality installation is why they're worth every penny. Plus, they stand behind their work! If there's every a question or concern about something they've installed, all you have to do is contact them and they'll help!Thank you Auto Mall Accessories for doing such an outstanding job!

Took my 86 to AutoMall Accessories with an underglow kit from LED4LIFE looking for same-day installation after Audio Concepts put me on a 2 week waiting list, and was pleasantly surprised to be told it would be done by the end of the same day! Installation was a little on the pricey side, but for same day and a good professional installation, I was more than happy to oblige. Will be doing business with them again on window tinting in the future !

I had an unusual experience at Auto Mall Accessories. I purchased a new vehicle in Shreveport, but I live in Georgia. The vehicle came with Sirius radio, but not navigation or Travel Link. The car dealer recommended I have Auto Mall install that equipment. Russ installed the equipment for me and I was told that it could take up to 24 hours for Travel Link to activate, which works through Sirius radio. So, we drove over 700 miles back to GA and discovered that not only did Travel Link not work, but my Sirius radio did not work either. It turned out to be defective equipment, but it took over a month to resolve the problem. Russ and I communicated by phone, email, and text. It was frustrating for both of us at times, but Russ was persistent and promised he would make it work no matter what. He sent diagnostic equipment to test the radio and ended up shipping me a replacement radio. He paid for it to be installed at a shop near me. He also compensated me some for my troubles, which I did not expect. It goes to show that there are times that you will have a problem. What matters is how you handle it. This problem was not Russ's fault. Also, I want to comment of some other reviews. Those of you who were critical of Sha Sha, who works at the desk, should be ashamed of yourselves. She is a hard worker and is strictly business. Most customers are not there long enough to get to know her. But, my wife and I found her to be very nice a she has a good sense of humor. And to the person who said she was probably racist, I predict you are going to live a difficult life. Thieves think people steal, liars think people lie, and racist think people are racist.

Russ walkers is hands down the best window tinting in Shreveport! Still honored my warranty six years later and gave me no problems. I'd recommend them to anyone. It's an outstanding business.

I have been in the car business for 12 years. I have used Russ Walker Automall Accessories for customers and personal vehicles regularly over those 12 years. I have never been disappointed. Minor issues here and there Russ has always been right on top of correcting it. I own a small used car lot SBC Autos and Russ does several installations a month for us. Very grateful for Russ and his team. Highly recommend this business.

Russ was very helpful. I don't understand a lot about car stereos and getting the right bass sound that I like, but he was very helpful. He worked with me to start building a system as I have the money to add to it. Also they tinted the front windows in my Dodge Ram while I waited. I will never go to Best Buy or other big box stores again.

Omg.. Russ is hands down one of the best.. I love the tint in my car. My appointment was at 12 and it only took them about an hour and a half. They are very nice people. I will definitely recommend to other people..

Very poor work. I drop off my car at 11:30 am I received a text message at 4:30 that my car is ready and we close at 5.Pick my car up the tint done incorrectly in the back window the tint rolling down my keys were left on top of my car that was park outside.She tells me to bring my car back tomorrow and it will be redone.. I drops my car off the next day picks my car up later on I asked for legal for my front and illegal for my back windowsThey put illegal on all my windows. I tell her this is not what I asked for she said you can just can bring it back and we will redo your front windows. At this point I just tried of they mess and will NEVER recommend this place to nobody.

I took my 2018 Silverado to AMA on 03/20/18 to get my windows tinted. I'm extremely pleased with the quality of work. I'm also impressed with how quickly it was done. I was there no more than 1.5hrs. I'll comment again after 6 days (3-5 days to finish) with my final review.

Russ went above and beyond my expectations. I was having a unique electrical issue between my car and the key to start it. He was able to figure it out rather quickly and was definitely cheaper than the dealership. A++ will use again!

Russ and his crew are the best in the city. They have went above and beyond with excellent customer service for me even staying late to take care of my auto needs. I appreciate everything they have done for me over the years and i highly recommend them for all you auto accessory needs.
