We got off to a rough start, making initial contact. (I was hung up on 8 times.) Their location is right off of Youree drive in Shreveport. Ms. Taylor saved the day. She took my call. Qouted my repair and ordered my windshield. Ms. Taylor's customer service skills made all the difference. She was kind, patient, professional, and funny. Two and a half hours later, I was out of there with new hardware. Their prices beat the competition by almost half. Well worth it. Thank you.

My glass was replaced efficiently and everyone was very courteous. Price was great. I have only one negative. The trim around the door was not sealed properly. It came apart when I opened the door. I did call to get it done, but no one returner the call.

I've been to this facility several times, in fact it has been the most affordable glass repair around, but this last visit was a disaster, I recommend to any of you that take your vehicle to autoglass, please take before & after pictures, because they damaged my headliner & dashboard & don't want to take responsibility for it! Had known that it would've turned out like that, I would have done the same, but I will never use that glass repair place again!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I bought a used 2012 Fusion which already needed a new windshield. I called around to a few places for the past two weeks. I kept getting high quotes and long estimations on when it would be able to be scheduled. Finally yesterday evening I called Auto Glass Now, they gave me an estimate, no upfront charge, told me the glass would be there this morning. The next day! They open at 8 and they don't set appointments. It's on a first come first serve basis. I arrived at 8:05, my windshield was there and with 2 people in front of me I was out before 11. The receptionist and tech both provided great service. The tech even put my new license plate on. On top of everything the price was more reasonable. As of now everything is great. I was recommended to this place by my mom and ended up saving $100 on windshield that I would ve paid through Safelite. Service was fast and staff was very friendly would definitely recommend.

Do not take your car here . Windshield has a crack not of My own fault and they state they are not responsible and it could be stress .. Buyer beware at this location. Sad that I have had plenty of car work on at this location and have sent plenty of family and friends. Not anymore it takes only one time for me to get completed disrespected and to have over $400 wasted.

LEAKS!! We got our windshield replaced here about 6-8 weeks ago and it leaks!! Of course it's under Warranty so we call and they tell us it's not the windshield it's the drain to the sunroof that needed to be EMPTIED, so they said they emptied it but my headliner is still wet everytime it rains!!!!!!!! We never had this problem until they replaced the windshield. We have called several times about it and it's still a problem and since it is I will be contacting an attorney to sue for damages done to my car!! Lindsey is no help at all and does not do her job, she deserves to be replaced!

Went by there around 5:30 when they were still open but the door was locked. The woman at the front desk refused to unlock the door or even respond to questions merely sitting there and glaring at me.I'm not sure about the quality of their work, but am sure about the lack of competency of this particular front desk person.

Super slow at the front desk. She would see me come in and make me wait. Would not ask if I could help you. The white gentlemen that works there takes offense to everything. Bad attitudes to say they are in a retail public place. Will not visit again nor will I recommend them to any of my friends. This is the Youree drive location. These people are beyond awesome!!! Laidback environment in and out quickly. First come, first serve basis call and make an appointment then, get there early!!! I loved the options they gave me on replacement windshields. They were the cheapest with the best quality in Texas and Louisiana.

As far as getting things set up for my vehicle and having window replaced, things are in order to this day. Just when arriving to drop off vehicle that morning, the person arrived late at the desk and only got information from the two individuals ahead of me then started looking at her phone. I did get up to ask her of my services then she looked up my information and received my key. A slight issue for I was awaiting to call for a ride but all together things were taken care of.

The clerk was awful. I called and she told me one thing, I get there and it's something totally different. And she thought it was funny. I drove 40+ miles on a Saturday at 7am to be told first come first serve. And that they closed a 2pm in Saturdays. So my choices were to stay and "hope" they get to me or leave without being seen. So unprofessional.
