We were on our way back to Texas when our trailer axle slid. The owner let us use his tools and his personal vehicle to go get parts. After we were all done, he wouldn't let us pay him ANYTHING! Definitely a shop with Christian values and integrity. God bless you for your help getting us back on the road!

I would love to be able to write a good review, but it's been 3 months and they still have my car and still haven't fixed it. I was told 3 weeks when I had it towed in. Update for you as of December I'm still waiting on my repair making it 6 months. Update 2, demanded my car back end of January. It still ran horrible so I took it to the dealership and they refused to work on it saying all my parts were switched for junk out parts and the serials were not traceable. They said it was and I quote "a mess under there"! I blame myself for letting them take their time.

The owner Jeff, is a real down to earth person. They are a shop you can take your vehicle to get fixed or diagnose, and not get charged a real high price. Plus they are very honest. I will always take my vehicle here. Plus the mechanics there know what they are doing and good at what they do. I have used Allen s Automotive for over 13 years for my childcare vans and buses and for my personal vehicles. They are always friendly, quick to repairs and very affordable. Management goes out of their way to ensure that every customer is treated fairly and is satisfied with their repairs. After getting the old run around at another auto repair shop, I ended up calling Allen's. Not only did a tow truck arrive within an hour, but they were very professional and had my car ready for pick up the next afternoon. They seem to stay pretty busy. And, while the young lady in the office had a mountain of paperwork on her desk, she was very sweet and helpful. Great service all the way around. Thanks!! And, if you expect to be greeted when you walk in the door, check out a restaurant....this is a car repair shop with a bunch of men.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Car broke down as we were passing through Shreveport on our way to Alabama on a vacation. Three other auto shops said they would take a week to get to our car. Jeff listened to our situation and made time for us immediately. He did not take long to give us a diagnosis and tips for how to make the car get where we needed to go. He could have charged me an outrageous price, but instead gave me a great price. He treats "out of towners" like real human beings rather than simply sources of income. I am so grateful for this auto shop and Jeff!

We came to Allen's with a busted water pump. We were on the road to Fla at Christmas time. They had a garage full of work, but made us a priority because we were traveling. We could not have met nicer people! Their pricing was very good and timing was impeccable! We appreciate so much what you did for us. Thank you!

Greatest automotive shop ever! Jeff goes above and beyond for his customers! Hes very honest and a great Christian guy. He owns, is at the shop daily and works....hes hands on. If you need your car repaired this is the place to take it!!

They took over three weeks one time to even start on my vehicle one time. They took 3 weeks and installed a bad alternator...and now seem to be really taking their time trying to fix their glitch. Wish I drove a school bus !! Dr Webb Sentell will go back to Exxon at Byrd next time

This family owned co.is only place I go when in need.ive been customer there's over 15 yrs and started on their prior business on fluornay Lucas rd.uf you want great service with great people this is place to go.
