So, I had my brother go get tires on our business car changed. And they didn t have the tires after I had already paid and they didn t tell me. They put the WRONG size tires on my car. My brother pulls up in looking and I notice, when I asked for a receipt they said they don t give them out only for the big boss. I keep calling because I want a refund I just had to go to another company for new tires this is crazy. I will return those BOLD tires. That I only had for 2 hours. This all happened TODAY! 3/2/2024

On our road trip, we noticed one of our tires was losing air, we made the first stop off the highway and landed on this business. Not being from this area, I was a little worried about the location. However, these guys had our car lifted and tire fixed under 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.

A+++ In & out 15 min. Now I have a full size tire & rim for my Grand Marquis. Had a tire problem 50 miles from my regular shop which will replace under warranty. I cringed at the thought of putting on the little donut tire. They had a used tire/rim at an excellent price.

For the past few years AK tires, conveniently located right off I-20, has fixed all of my tire problems for very reasonable rates. The owner and staff are friendly and very good at their job. They repair and sell new and used tires. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need.

They sold me a dry rotted tire that was the wrong size for my car. When I went back I was simply told he sells them with no warranty. No attempt to correct their mistake so I will never go there again and I am telling everyone I know to not go there.

I travel to and from Florida all year every year from Florida to texas, and have to constantly replace tires on my rv and dinoesel truck for work travel. I stopped by walmart, expecting to get good customer service, and all I got was frowns, 2 tired exhausted, over heated mechanics, rude and unfriendly, a padlocks door during open business hours to the entrance of the store the the garage. I Google and found AK TIRES....I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO WALMART. I now prefer to give my money to small business that care oabout the needs of their customers, very friendly hard working people, even offered me a Red Bull , can't get customer service like that anywhere......I purchased all my new tireschedule from them just because of their awesome, friendly, personality. They are at 4030 jewellery up the road from Walmart in Shreveport LA. THEY ARE THE BEST! THANKS AGAIN GUYS.

Customer service is average. You can buy new and used tires. I've purchased 18" size tires for $45. The cost for tires based on vehicle tire sizes.

The workers are very professional and work quickly making your visit as quick and easy as possible prices are fair the tires are grate quality so for you next stressful tire problem head over to ak I 20 tires they will help you out

We couldn't find it and whenever we actually did, it was a small building with two other connected buildings on both sides. The building itself has spray paint spelling AK Tires. It didn't even look like they had business. Run down shop all day.
