I can honestly say that I received excellent customer service. I called this morning the young lady inform me that she would look around for what I needed and would give me a call back. She called back with the information I needed. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and more great service. She was very knowledgeable of her job and even had someone to help pull the motor for me. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful customer service! Had exactly what I needed. Needed a wheel for my moms car and they had the exact one I was looking for. Will be back next time I need anything else for my car or jeep.

Amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend coming to this company for all your part and engine needs!!! They took such good care of me and very friendly to work with! They also gave me a first responders discount for being a firefighter/EMT and you don t see that very often at many places these days. Will be doing business again soon in the future. Best u pull it junkyard near me on arrow drive in Shreveport Bossier. Aero auto parts pulls and delivers engines, transmissions, rear ends etc to local shops.

these people were awesome. i was on my lunch break and they helped me get what i needed. you can pay and they will pull parts and they are very friendly and very clean for a junk yard. thanks guys

We were looking for a week for a part to fix my husband s truck. And a friend Antoinette gave me their info. They were awesome the had the part and the service was great! It was so HOT they even gave me and my husband ice water..you need anything from new to used please give them a call.

I stopped by a salvage yard down the street on a brutally hot day and had forgotten to bring an ice chest. That yard didn t have what I needed and charged $3.00 for a bottle of water. I walked into Aero Auto Salvage. The fella at the counter told me exactly where to locate the part I needed and gave me two bottles of water at no charge. In my opinion, that s good customer service and I ll be back.
