I can't recommend Advance Truck & Trailer enough! My experience there was fantastic from start tofinish. My truck was experiencing some strange electrical issues that were causing intermittentproblems. Other shops couldn't figure it out, but the mechanics at Advance were like detectives.They diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, explaining everything in a way I couldunderstand. The repair itself was done efficiently, and my truck is running like new again. Plus, thecustomer service was outstanding. Let me tell you, these guys are heroes! I was on a tight deadline with a busted cooling system on theoutskirts of Shreveport. Well the reason I gave Advance Truck and Trailer Repair a 2 is because your machanic came out on two separate occasions with faulty diagnostic equipment for both my trucks . Something wrong with his computer cables and the amount of time it took him to connect to my trucks ECM took a long time it took hours and I spent well over $2,000 between both trucks and neither truck was fixed I had to take both trucks to the shop I even had to tow one of my truck to the shop

Was told to be there In an hour got there guy did show up for 2 hours said he had another call come in after mine he did it first and made me wait when he got here still waited another 2 hours not mention you have to back out on highway to leave and charged an outrageous amount

Shannon Arceneaux is the owner of this business and all the Arceneaux reviews are fake to get people in so that they can overcharge them and take advantage of them.Edit: the owners will also get into name calling because they are in a power position. Will gladly share screenshots of terrible things they called us in text messages.
