The customer service is great. Anytime I come here, I'm more than able to find what I need. If I do need assistance, the employees are more than kind and willing to help. They go out of their way to make sure I get what I need and to make sure I'm informed about whatever issue it is I'm having with my vehicle. My only issue is the prices. Things have gotten very expensive.

I went in to have my battery checked because it was dead as a door nail earlier in the day. The young man who came out to test it was friendly and honest.I appreciated that he told me that my battery was still good and just needed to be charged by driving around for 30 - 40 minutes. I had cleaned some corrosion off that morning that was probably the problem.This was a great help and relief to me.

So I didn't make a post the first 2 times the store closed 4+hours early for the "system being down". It's ridiculous. Your system is not down that much I had an order I needed to pick up but can't and can't have it transferred to another store without cancelling the order all together. System isn't down at any of the other 15 stores in the area these people just don't want to stay at work.

My 5-year old & I visited this store for a driver s side wiper blade in the pouring freezing rain. The female attendant was AMAZING & Nick volunteered to head out into the weather and install the blade. Thank you so much for your kindness! I highly recommend this business!

We will just say I will never buy anything online to pick up in their store ever again. Bought it online that night, then next morning had an Email stating half of order was canceled. I called and guy at store said that the stores inventory was incorrect. So I asked which stores had the parts and of he could just cancel the other items so I could get them at one place. No harm done right... Wrong. Went buy the store that had them with my receipt so I could get the discount. They told me that they were not affiliated with the online store. What!?So I had to go to my car and reorder the parts. Then came in to get them. I had her check and get the parts before I did to not waste my time. Well I ordered the parts again to that store and took a screen shot of receipt. I go in and she does it on her computer and tells me I have to still pay for the other parts. What!? I showed her where I paid for them. Well turns out they had one of them as being shipped to my house. At this point I was starting to get a lil annoyed. So she told me I had to call the number for the online department because again they are not affiliated with them. I said no you can call them. So we finally got someone on the phone and she said that I would have to again cancel my order and reorder the parts because she could not just simply change them from being shipped to being picked up in store. So I said the hell with it and their store. I told her I was not canceling my order again and I left and waited for them to be shipped. Was very frustrating seeing how my parts where right there in front of me on the counter. Poor organization. Never again.

I came here to change out my battery, but I mistakingly bought the wrong battery. The manager was SO helpful and kind and saved me heartache by giving me the correct battery for 30% off. Everyone there is so kind and helpful and you can tell they genuinely mean it. I will continue to come here and give them my business!

I normally go to advance Auto parts I've never had a problem with it I just called to see about a part for my car and all I got was giggling I don't know then yeah we have it it's in small medium large my car does not come in small medium large it has to be specific for the vehicle and then I got oh yeah we have it but I'll have to order it and we won't have it till Tuesday and blah blah blah I have to say I am extremely upset and very disappointed in the lack of professionalism that I just received from this store I have never had this problem before with you. There was also somebody in the background laughing and giggling as well. I'm busy I'm on my way to work and I don't appreciate nor deserve the lack of professionalism that I just received

I love this place! You can download an app called DOSH and save additional money when you do here along with the awesome prices they have to begin with. Advance Auto Parts, when the rubber meets the road,they're keeping my family going!

Officially my favorite in comparison to auto zone. The staff is actually nice here and I appreciate when I'm not treated as an inconvenience. The store is clean and the employees are knowledgable and helpful. Js, these stores are directly across from each other. Choose Advance.

Excellent service! I called and asked about the part, they said they had it. I went and paid for the part, they handed it over. I needed a tool to install the part, they sold me ONE tool that does the work of a dozen at 1/12th the price and I used it right there in the parking lot. Problem solved!!
