Great experience and left we a great car and happy wife! . It took us nearly 3 months to decide to pull the trigger; however, never felt pressured. Scott Tarkowski was always available to answer questions and let us test drive both the RDX and MDX more than once.Highly recommend Orr Acura and don t forget to ask for Scott!

We had Scott as our salesman. He is Awesome and showed us cars. He kept up with us by phone and e-mail for a few months until we were ready to buy. He never pressured us into anything and now we have a new Acura!!! Love this place!!!

Shout out to Eric Fox and the entire ORR Acura Shreveport for making my vision come to life when others said it couldn't happen.It was worth the 4 hour drive for the customer service alone.Thank you you for custom ordering my RDX just how I wanted!Only talking to the Eric over the phone and a few FaceTime calls he made my vision come to life and also from the moment I pulled up at the dealership I was greeted like I was family and welcomed with open arms. After it was all said and done, the friendship didn't end there . I still talk to Eric about his family and feel like we have a new friendship.

Went to Orr Acura. First I want to say Mr Carl is a great no problems with him he was understanding and very patient. His manager on the other hand is rude and not understanding. My husband and I was gonna purchase a suv we wanted be sure the car seats fitted into the seats properly, sadly it did not work for us considering our family size. The manager was rude about it and was trying to gas light us into to thinking it would work for us when the car seats did not fit or work in the suv. He s main goal was to push a suv on us that wasn t working for us rather to listen to understand. After that experience I don t think I will coming back to this location. The manager needs to learn how to talk to people.

I cant thank the team at Orr Acura enough for making the car buying process as worry free as possible. They knew our concerns of purchasing our teenager daughter a vehicle. They took their time as if they were purchasing the vehicle for their own family member. This included all areas: from the make of vehicle, cost of the vehicle, financing, and warranty options. Steve, Scott, Perry , and the entire team at Orr Acura really cares about their customers and not just their great cars. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to start at this location first!!!!!!

The receptionists are great. One took my phone call and recorded everything I said. The other one is the picture of hospitality. She offered drinks and snacks and was very polite and helpful and professional. I was expecting the same treatment in Shreveport as received in Fort Worth. My car was vacuumed, tires polished, and their waiting room had chargers for every type of phone. Amenities but those things left an impression on me. But overall I had a pleasant experience in Shreveport.

I m a repeat customer of Orr Acura and had the very best buying experience ever with Scott Tarkowski!! From first introduction, he was courteous and professional- while really listening and understanding exactly what I needed and wanted. He did everything he could ( even having the best patience with me test driving 2 models and many trim levels over the course of 3 days!) to ensure I was COMPLETELY satisfied in my purchase! Once I decided- the transaction was smooth and fast! The finance Mgr even went an extra step to get my interest rate very low! I recommend Scott ! And Orr Acura always takes great care of me AFTER the sale- which is rare now a days!

Mr. Tarkowski worked so hard to help me find a car that really fit my needs. He listened intently to my situation and then gave me a number of options that fit my criteria and didn t shy away from options that didn t necessarily benefit him. He really wanted me to be happy with my choice even if it meant not purchasing from him. He s very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and most importantly cares about his clients. He has also taken great care of me after my purchase by personally assisting in scheduling my service appointments. I am very impressed with him and the staff at Gregg Orr Acura.

Where do I begin first they sold us a bad vehicle then 5 months after purchase took vehicle in for oil change they messed up the engine been had my vehicle since Nov and here it is March 14 they still have my vehicle such a bad place and employees they very rude and honestly don t care about anything but selling a vehicle I m still paying car note and insurance on a vehicle I haven t had since Nov and all I get is We working on it fixing the problem 4 months still no vehicle

From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. I will 110% recommend this dealership to anyone! We worked with Vance and he was so knowledgeable and kind. We ended up buying a 2022 Acura RDX A-Spec Advance. Anyone who is thinking about going acura, do it!!!
