I just wanted to comment about how much appreciated one of your employees at ABC is to us. She goes above and beyond for my Dad and myself. She never complains about anything we ask of her. For years now we have enjoyed dealing with Vickie P. We have watched her become one of the best parts people to deal with, and even followed her from one store to another just because she s that big of a help. I want to let everyone at ABC know what a true asset she is to your business. Thank you ABC for hiring high-quality people!

Called on Saturday with questions about my battery for my Yukon. Vicki was very helpful and very patient. Went in Sunday morning for her to check it for me. She not only checked the battery, but other things to make sure I was not wasting my money on a battery. Then once we determined battery was bad, she helped me install the battery in 90+ degree Louisiana heat. Let me tell you this was not an easy battery to install. It took over 45 minutes to install. The entire time she very helpful and polite. It s hard to find customer service like this now a days. Highly recommend Vicki at the ABC Auto on Bert Kouns.

Great place to work. ABC #24 on Benton Road ( where I currently work) is tops of all the ABC stores in Shreveport/Bossier City.

Great place. Very helpful employees. They have everything. I won't go anywhere else. Great place. Thought something was really wrong with my vehicle while I was on a delivery. They found that it only had a cracked spark plug and I was in the road in minutes. Love #Abcauto

The girl behind the desk Christina was the whole reason I purchased my windshield from these guys she was funny and cool. A lot of the other places I called for quotes were dry an unhelpful. Plus the coffee was great

I've purchased from this store with usually wonderful results, until today. I'm out of town on business and called to check availability of a battery for my wife's vehicle, as it wouldn't start this morning. Was told battery was in stock and they would hold it for her. When she arrived, she was told the only one they had in stock had expired and ordered one from another store. She returned several hours later at nearly closing time and was told the battery never arrived. Completely unacceptable service from a normally competent parts store. I will not put my trust in them again.

Very friendly staff. My check engine light had come on and they hooked up to my OBD-2 port and read the codes and informed me what they were. Would highly recommend.

I love this place. I love the people there and everything about how they run their business! Its clean and tidy. They always help me and anyone else I know as best they can. They even changed my battery and put AC cables into my car for me.

Thank God for Mr. Henry from Gateway on suggesting me to go to them!!!! They are Soo Nice and I'm just puzzled as to Why some ppl have to be soo negative about them! we all have Eyes, look at what they sell, if it's not there, Ask!!! They Truly Rock!!!!! and with Ms. Rene, She's Awesome!!!! she truly needs a Raise!!! she always make sure the customers are well taken care. I'm y'all customer for life!!!

James Bamburg is the best. He exchanged a faulty part for me no problem and put a code reader on my car to detect why check engine light was on.

Came in today with my grandpa to get a battery it was 6:40 when we got there at a guy says we close at 6:45 the sign says 7 guy was extremely rude when we went in there guys name was Fred was extremely rude to the customer that came in after us the lady Vicky at the counter kept giving us a evil look like we shouldn't be there walked out spending close to $200 never in my life have I been rushed out of a business like I was at that place Fred kept telling us I want to go home and see my family too but not recommend anyone going to ABC Auto Parts on Bert Kouns I had this problem several times before with a different employee every time

ABC auto parts are more like the old school parts places, some locations are open on sundays and have winshield service.they have a larger selection of fasteners than most and offer a military discount.
