Broke something on my car and refused to get it towed to them to have them look at it. When we asked for them to have it towed, the exact comment was, "well, that's not gonna happen"The only thing wrong with my car when we brought it was that the AC wasn't working. And now the oil is leaking, the car is overheating and not going farther than half a mile, and other fluids are leaking.Thanks to Trent, we will be suing.I did not take a picture of all of the warning lights but the car refused to go and said to turn the AC off, the oil needed to be changed, and the car needed to be turned off immediately.

Brought our truck in yesterday. We had already checked the system and knew the problem. Told Ronnie what was wrong and they called an hour later to say our ac wasnt working because it was low on freon. This wasnt the case as we had already checked that. We had not only told them exactly what was wrong we had even brought in the part to have it fixed. Absolute waste of money!

I recommend them to anyone. I have a Nissan and my a/c went out. Giles wanted $1000.00 more than Service Auto Air. They did an excellent job for much cheaper. Staff is also very courteous.

The owner and his staff were very professional. The place was clean and there is a waiting room that you can sit in while your vehicle is being serviced. They have handicap parking and you can see it from the highway. I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Service Auto Air.

Honest to goodness ac mechanics. They are so awesome and you can really tell that they care about your problems and getting you back in your car. They have no problem with helping you figure out who to go to next if they can't get you fixed. I really respect that and recommend them highly any time someone asks for a good ac repair shop.

Ronny, the service manager is awesome! Let me repeat, AWESOME! Audrey, who handles accounts is also a star. Please take your vehicle here if you have any air conditioning issues. They treat people with respect and can diagnose your issue pretty quickly.

This business is absolutly amazing!! They helped me woth my air conditioner as well as my vent visors on my car. Really reasonably priced and had my car finished sooner than other places where estimating!! The customer service is impecable and the managers are very knowledgeable!! Will definitely be going back for more accessories for my car and future vehicles!!

I had spoken with Mr. Ronnie a few times on the phone before heading to the shop and he was always super helpful. When I made it over, I had unfortunately just missed him on his lunch break. The guys in the shop had no clue about what we had discussed but that didn't matter. They were very friendly and took my custom AC hoses and had them crimped and back in my hands in a matter of minutes. I will definitely continue to bring my business to them as well as send my friends and family their way. Thanks again!

Had AC issues and it was my compressor in my truck... i took it straight here and they fixed it with no problems, while i was there i looked over all the accessories they had and everyone there was so helpful and knew exactly what i was looking for at the right price. Will definitely be back for some accessories for my car to ....

Excellent service. Performed diagnostic immediately, very informative about the process & cost. Timely estimate was delivered in detail. Repair was performed as soon as parts were available. Received notification when vehicle was ready. Staff was very polite & courteous!

Great service. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c ordered the part and fixed the problem as they said they would. Friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone with a/c problems.

I went to see about my fan running on high. I was low on water kmsl. They fixed me up and I found out they do all kinds of stuff. I'm going back to get vent visors on our truck. Thanks y'all.Well I got my visors. No rain in my windows!! Thanks y'all. Love it. Going to order a visor for my sun roof next!

What a great experience I had with Service Auto Air. They recommended a solution that was half of my first quote with another service center. Very experienced technician discussed my problem and recommended a couple courses of action. If I have to service my truck or auto A/C again I'm going back to Service Auto Air. Very courteous and attentive.

Excellent service! I heard they could modify my factory hoses for an engine swap and they sure did! Accomplished this task in about 15 minutes in house. Thanks and definitely will be passing the word.
