DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR LANCE he lied to us the whole time he had our vehicle.! He had our car for 3 months once we got the car back it still was not fixed he charged us 2300 dollars just for the car to still be broke this man is a real life scammer and his wife is to!! They both lied to us the whole process. We had to record everything this man did and said and currently going to our lawyers office to get to the bottom of it. I really wish I would have read these reviews before going here lance is a bull-face lie and is not to be trusted.! And his wife is not too innocent cause she definitely now what is going on DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE NOT EVEN FOR A OIL CHANGE!! He will triple charge you and break your car in the process just so you can bring it back to him so he can get more money from you.!!!!

My vehicle was stuck at a business in Lafayette and would not start. I called Mr Lance and he came right away after I told him my location and I explained to him what was going on and he got straight to business. Within a matter of time Mr Lance got the problem solved and I was on my way out !!!! I thought it was a bigger problem and Lance made it seem like it was nothing. Very respectful and very talented at what he does. I would definitely recommend you go to Lance with any problems with your vehicle. I cannot thank him enough !!!!!!!!! All on New Year s Eve

Fast and friendly service. I traveled an hour for repairs and it was certainly worth the drive. I was comfortable while I waited, I was updated step by step during the process and I drove away in confidence knowing my vehicle had everything it needed. Thanks In and Out Auto Repair.

My sister ordered a part for her transmission three weeks ago- he took the money, but no ironically no part ever arrived. Wouldn t provide a tracking number or any other information.- I ll text you when it comes in- then no communication. Buyer beware. What kind of person tips off a single mother just trying to survive. Refund her money and quit being a thief and taking advantage of desperate people.

I brought my truck to Lance to repair the transmission. He was very friendly and easy to work with and was transparent about the prices. He had my truck back to me within a week and it runs great. Days after the job was done, he made sure to check in and ensure everything was running fine and answered any questions I had. All around great service - I'd recommend him to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.Service: Transmission

Sucks I have to even give 1 star because this deserves none. This guy scammed my mom out of $400. Completely unreliable, A LIAR. Do not give this person your business, there are way better options around and now we know!

My husband and I were stuck on side of the road trying to go visit our daughter and grandchildren in Texas and Lance came meet us. He really is experienced and got the truck fixed in no time. We would recommend him to everyone. A BIG Thank you!!!

Good prices and good work. They fix everything did my my BMW, my f-250 diesel, and the rv. Was very satisfied with all that was done for each which is to much to list here. Great atmosphere for a family originated business & the name speaks for itself literally !! I came in needing to drop in a new motor. Miss.Papillion was able to locate the motor and supporting parts without hesitation or procrastination. I got a price was able to pay on the spot and was called when my vehicle was done being services! Hands down the BEST in Lafayette ive came across.

When my Mercedes Benz gave me trouble on the highway I-10 I reached out to this company. A true blessing considering my vehicle needed towing. He called a nearby towing company since it was making a LOUD noise & cut off on me. The guy came and kindly gave me a ride to the shop. Told me he would check it & let me know. I made arrangements to stay the night & his wife made me LAUGH all the way to the hotel. He called me back at 8 am & I was back on my way headed home. I TRULY RECOMMEND this helpful knowledgeable automotive repair shop. Peace & blessings to all.

Had my husband's truck repaired here and Lance went out his way to make sure the part that we needed was available considering they don't make that part anymore. When we called Lance would answer the phone and give us updates on our truck and he let's us know if there was anything else that was needing fixing before he fixed it and charge us for something we didn't want done. I would recommend In & Out Auto repair to have tour vehicle worked on. Done in a timely manner as well

Imagine the most Horrific experience that could possibly happen, the very worst of the worst. Unfinished work, dishonesty, constant lies and total waste of my money & time from the Git GoNow this "mechanic" who I wouldn't trust with my kids Lego set wants money for an unfinished job and is threatening to charge me storage fee s while he's in violation of 8 or 9 state laws. Lance and his crew are amazing they brought my work truck back from the dead. I m from Texas and once I told Lance how bad I needed my work truck back he jumped right on it, a couple weeks down with a blown head gasket is better than a month which most repair shops estimated in Scott. I was absolutely impressed and I highly recommend In and Out auto repair to anyone looking for an honest ,quick and professional mechanic Lance and his two guys are definitely A+.

They picked up my truck while I was at work and got my repairs done by the following day. I was very pleased with the work and customer service from Lance and his staff. Would recommend and definitely use them again!

I don't know if he only charges us $100 everytime to diagnose a problem but today he charged us $200 after having my car for 4 days. Not only was his labor costs double what a reputable shop charges he was very unprofessional. Told us to meet him at the shop to get my car at 9am and he wasn't even open. Had to end up going to Lafayette to get my car. Then to say we could probably fix the car ourselves and if we ran into trouble we could call him. I don't want to know how much that would cost but I can say that to charge $200 and not even fix anything on the car is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. You should stay far away from this business unless you just have money to throw away.

5 STAR SERVICE INDEED !! Lance @In and Out auto repair is very knowledgeable and friendly. He let me know upfront what all was going on with my car. There was no hidden fees or last minute repairs charges. The service was very professional and quick. I highly recommend going there for your auto repairs and ask for Lance!

In and Out Auto took great care of my Ram 3500! Great customer service and great technicians. The brake caliper and bearing on the driver side were shot pretty bad, Lance and Tom took care of fixing everything. I called them early morning from the side of the road and took the time to fix my truck! Great techs and felt blessed they came to help me.

This is a credit card scam!!! Do not pay Lance (if that is even his real name) any money! He charged me several times, only to say the money did not go through the cc company. It was a complete scam!!! I could write so many negative things about this place and owner, but I'll just say if you think $7,500 is fair for a new transmission and being charged for a speeding ticket this guy incurred while working on my vehicle is fair, by all means...have at it. Lance, charged my credit card twice and has yet to credit my account. This guy is a scam!!! They worst thing I have ever experienced ever in my life!!!
