They are okay to me . They allowed me to watch what they are doing. They don t rush anything , and it s always 2 people working on the truck. It's enough for good truck shop.

Well the office ladies are rude and very snide. My company called to have a mx13 paccar looked at they told me they had all the software available yo diagnos and fix the computer issue.They plugged in the computer and told me he can't see the active codes or access them because they didn't have the proper softwares after telling me and my boss he could. Cost us 300 dollars for them to tell us oh we actually can't fix it you need to go to the dealer.. Then the office lady said we could pay over phone because they won't take my company AMEX and was being very rude with my office and took another hr plus to figure out and accept the payment on top of the 2 hrs I was already there. I actually reset the codes on the truck myself and found the problem
