Mac s automotive deserves more than 5 stars!!! I brought my car in with EXTENSIVE damage after an accident - engine damage, dents, etc. Steve was extremely transparent and helpful throughout the entire process!! He and the Mac s team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my vehicle putting a priority on my satisfaction and safety! Not only were they able to take my car in immediately, I also got my car back nearly a week before the expected completion date! Fixed me up in less than two weeks!! Massive shoutout to Steve! And shoutout to Mac s! Hands down the place to go!

Recently got a quote for my truck and was known it was going to be paid for by the responsible party. Now i cant even get my work done there because "we arent accepting customer pay right now". Guess they'll lose out on the money because i had planned to have pay at drop off.

They took advantage of my college student daughter. They knowingly and purposefully screwed her by using parts not approved for the job. Even though the correct parts were readily available and in stock. And they did this without the consent of anyone. They did it and then stuck their hand out after it was done. And to do this to a young lady trying to do the right thing is unforgivable.Mac took care of everything and made it all good. I thank him for thatService: Body & Trim

I am very pleased with my whole experience with Mac s Automotive. I took my vehicle to be repaired after someone backed into the front end of my SUV. I had damaged to the hood, bumper, grille, trim panel and sensors.The staff were very professional, and courteous.I regularly received updates on the progress of my vehicle along with an estimated completion date. I brought my SUV in on a Monday morning and all work was completed by Thursday evening. I highly recommend Mac s.Service: Body & Trim

I m from out of town and was driving through. I hit something on Hwy 90 and was towed to Mac s. The skirt around my wheel was pulled out and was undrivable. They took a look and quickly put it back into place, no charge, and I was able to get back on my way.They took care of me and was very happy with their service.

My daughter's vehicle was backed into and upon insurance recommendation, we took it to Mac's. Service was great and her car was back to normal within days. They also text us throughout the week with updates.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

after my car was wrecked i took it there, and within a week i was back into my car. they are very efficient and fast. you can tell they take pride in their work. you cant even tell my car was wrecked. Also the whole week i received text updates of how my car was doing and was able to check my cars status online. keith and the rest of the staff were very patient and communicated everything to me. i definitely recommend!!!

I brought my car to Mac's. Mac's is the preferred shop of my insurance company so I chose them.I picked up my car last night at 5PM and was told they were trying to get everyone out quickly because of the hurricane.. My ride had left and the shop was closing. I drove to a friends house, and as we examined the car we began to notice lil divets or indentations all over the hood. The clearcoat was very uneven and had pooled along the lip of the hood. This morning I returned with the car when they opened. I was told the car had rock damage. It did not. I pulled up pictures and showed him there was no "rock" damage when the accident occurred.. their was no rock damage when I dropped it off! They flat out refused to fix their botched paint job. They are very unprofessional and did not take ownership for their work. Avoid yourself a huge headache and go elsewhere!EDIT.. also noticed my headlights are uneven.Service: Body & Trim

I had never been in an accident before so I was truly coming from a place of ignorance when it came to the how to of dealing with insurance companies and repair shops. Luckily, I was referred to Mac s and they were SUPER helpful, thorough and empathetic from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Stopped there to get a paint and lease touch up estimate for minor nicks and scratches, the person that assisted me told me that they are a collision shop and in all but very few words stated that they would't paint the scratches out of my car. Very poor customer service, didn't ask my name and I didn't get that reps name either....basically no introduction and after the guy said he didn't need my business I left.

Mac's did an awesomely impressive job on my Chevy Traverse. Even with the complications of the GM strike they had it done and looking brand new again. Thank you Mac's.

As far as I'm concerned this place should be the only place around to do business for people that's establishment went above and beyond to make everything possible in my favor going out of their way very compassionate and very very mechanically inclined they will not put you back in your vehicle if they feel for one moment it would be unsafe The body works that this place does is unimaginable you would never think that you could get your vehicle back looking the way it did before your horrible accident these people are truly amazing and extremely talented Max will be the only place I will ever take my car in future vehicles and the only place that I will recommend anyone to go to

Well for one they didn t have my vehicle ready in time for me to get it back before i left for offshore and this morning i had my daughter pick it up for me and as soon as she left the accelerator hung up on her and she had a very frightening experience thankfully no one was injured but the potential hazards were definitely there , thankfully she s intelligent enough to had responded quickly, the pictures that were taken clearly shows that this may have been a sabotage and they drove my vehicle 20 miles while they had it for 3 weeks, this deserves more investigation Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Wasn't good should have told me if my truck couldn't be fix before they tore it apart it was in good running condition now I have to get others to bring me places and that's hard I won't recommend them to anyone as I have sent several ppl there before never again
