Great place to go and kill time on a Saturday even if you're not buying anything. Everywhere you look they have some cool gadget or tool you never knew existed! Even better they sell really good quality tools that are comparable to Snap on and Mac without the price gouging. I highly recommend this place to everyone I see that goes shopping in Monroe or Shreveport since it's on the way. They also have honest hard working employees too.

Awesome place. Didn't even knew they had a store like that. Glad I stopped. The stuff was more than helpful and some really professional staff. Have alot of cool stuff you just don't see in other stores, and the tools. If you ever pass by there please stop and you won't be disappointed. I am definitely going back everytime I go that way running to shutdowns. Thank y'all for the coolest store ever

Did not honor price as marked but said that iitem was $10 more. Same exact item only the box we needed was a full box in the overhead which coincidentally did not have a price on it. We purchased item anyway because it was needed. Some of the staff there are quite rude. Surprised a local business would conduct themselves like this.

Just about any tool you could imagine in their inventory. Helpful staff. Prices aren't that bad either. Got a new welding hood, new auto darkening lens, 5lb box of welding rods and some other stuff for slightly over the $200 mark.

Looking for a PTO switch for a riding lawnmower. Contacted Polaris of Ruston and the clerk quoted a price of about $72.00. So I visited Tool City Sales. I actually think they have at least one of every type of tool ever made. it's like a man's Walmart, I can burn an hour there just poking and looking. this day I needed specifically a 20 foot chain with hooks, they had one as always. great place, owners are very sweet people and the kids who work there are always nice and helpful.

You can easily get lost trying to find something. If they ask you if you need help, say yes! They can quickly help you find what you need. The selection of parts and tools is tremendous. Nothing like it anywhere in town for sure.

Okay, so I walk in with my 90 year old father and in 20 seconds realized no one I mean even the sales associate's did not wear masks. Probably no law says they have to but I personally feel that if they want me to shop and buy implements or hardware in their house they have to do a little something for me or at least my father, eather wear masks or show signage before you approach the place that no mask are allowed in the house.

Great prices and staff is very helpful. Lots of variety in products. I have found that if you're looking for something specific, it's a lot faster to just for help.

It's fun to go there any time I need something hardware-like. I could spend hours wandering around looking in all the bins and cubbyholes. You can get quite an education there. And the stuff isn't all packaged up in plastic blister packs.

There is no other place like it. You won t find product knowledge and variety like this anywhere else. I moved to Colorado 4 years ago and I sincerely miss this place.

More stuff than you can imagine, tools parts ,welding ,cookware etc. Have to see to believe. And Mr Donnie can tell you anything you ask.
