uh so I just came here to get lightbulbs for my car and the guy helping me started to help people who got here after me instead and ive been waiting outside for 15 minutes.. im just gonna leave now, this was supposes to be a quick trip and i have places to be..

I went to O'Reilly Auto in Ruston, LA. The workers were friendly , professional, and very helpful. I needed a battery, coolant, steering wheel fluid for my car. The worker checked my battery and verified that I needed a new one. He took the old one out and replaced it with the new. He also poured the fluids in my vehicle. Great service. I gave a great tip . Excellent service.

Unless they change mgt some people that work there are not very knowledgeable go to auto zone or advance auto for your parts

Battery in my vehicle had died. Thought I might need a new one. Brought my vehicle here to get the battery checked. Employee who checked my battery was very unfriendly when I asked if anything was wrong. Told me my alternator was dead after checking battery. Dealership and advance auto parts both said that everything was fine and that something had just drained the battery. Not coming back here again.

Jermont is an amazing guy and so helpful to everyone who comes in! I witnessed him help a young lady install her rear lights in the parking lot and being a total gentlemen! I hope he is getting recognized for his superb customer service!

The customer service was spectacular. I came in the store with my truck practically broke down 8n the parking lot an hour before closing. I had to purchase several things after working on my vehicle in the parking lot and everytime I reentered the store I was quickly assisted. I even was asked if I needed anything else before they locked up and closed for the night. Very polite and helpful gentleman.

Bought windshield wipers. Sales clerk put them on with speed. Very friendly. It was raining, but it didn't bother him. 2 other customers bought windshield wipers after us also. Tony, the clerk, never stopped smiling & talking!

Quick, easy service. I had a new license plate and needed to necessary screws. The young man there engaged in conversation with me, assisted me with my purchase, and also put the plate on my car for me.

I had excellent service here. The workers walked over to my car that was parked with a bad battery at autozone, jumped my car so I could bring it to their parking lot. They checked to make sure I needed a new battery and switched it out for me. They were so helpful and I will definitely always go to O Reilly first!

My husband and I were driving from Texas to Pa on 12/22/16. We stopped for gas and my husband noticed the alternator was going out. We called O Reilly's to see if they had one In stock and sure enough they did! Lisa and Jamie were the absolute kindest ladies we could have run into in the chaos of breaking down 6 hrs from home and 18 hours from our destination. They helped my husband with tools needed for changing the part and check in with us multiple times as my husband changed the part in the parking lot! At eight pm! Even jumped our car when the battery had died. It was some of the best customer service I have experienced. Couldn't be more thankful for such a great business and such kindness shown!

Good quick service. Knowledgeable staff and they even help you if you need help with the item you buy. Meaning nail help you install it within reason.

Drive 30 minutes away to get a part here that would b n at a certain time...they didn't even call to tell me it wouldn't b n for 5 days later instead...and really had no clue what was going on

Received a Happy to see you again greeting, got service right away, the better product was recommended, had a coupon to get it for less, and the Asst. Manager installed it before I left! Nice*

I called three times. Out of the three times I called they picked the phone up once and hung up on me. 11/15/2020 at 1:45 pmI ve always preferred O Railly over the other parts houses in town but have changed my opinion. You lost a good customer.

My experience with O'Reilly was very pleasing after my AutoZone "TRIED" taking my money WITHOUT giving me my purchase! The SALESPERSON, just so happened didn't put me in the system! Thank God I kept my receipt!

The staff was great, they matched a big deptment stores price on some oil and I couldn't have been happier. I will definitively be going back next time I need auto parts.

I was sold some bad struts. The manager did replace them but I still had to pay my mechanic twice for doing the same job.
