I've been to Mims a number of times. I've never had a complaint. Prices fluctuate but thats the nature of the business. Can't expect them to not make money when the market drops. Yard and office both have friendly, courteous people.

This is an updated review. My last review was based off of one particular visit and, to be honest, was written out of frustration. Since that time, I have been back to Mims probably 3 or 4 times and each time it has been a very professional and rewarding experience! Overall, these guys and gals run a very productive and enjoyable business! Thank you Mims!

Mind is a place of importance to me and the people there are some really good folks. I try to get by there at least once a week just to say hello.

We haul between 6 to 10 thousand pounds every week and they are always good to us and have great prices on there metal. They have great equipment operators. Would definitely consider using them if you are scrapping metal on a consistent basis.

My son goes there all the time. We live up the road from the place. The workers are real nice and friendly. We have never had any problems with them.

I just bought some scrap metal for an art project at this place, and everyone I spoke too helped me with a kind attitude!! I appreciate the hospitality and I was also amazed at the huge selection they had. I recommend purchasing from them for any metalworking project you have. Thank you, Mim s!!!!

They are very good one guy even fixed my flat on my truck. Never have had as good payment from any other scrap yard anywhere! They make and separate all your different metals which no other salvage business has ever done. Mims Recyclimg of Ruston will get all of my business fr now on. Thanks guys yall are doing great work!

Hands down the cleanest scrapyard I seen to date they gave me top dollar for my 85 Thunderbird and those guys in the back they are very helpful and get you in and out in no time.

I haven't actually taken anything to them but I did call to ask a few questions and was spoken to rudely and then they told me they were busy and hung up. Will not be doing business here.
