Terrible service department. They replaced the fuel pump due to a recall. It has had a trouble code since the day they did it and refuse to fix it. No trouble codes before that. The last oil change they forgot to tighten the skid plate back and it was hanging off 2 weeks later. I wouldn t trust these jokers to work on anything. Go to Monroe or Bossier.

The truck buying experience was excellent! Both my sales rep and finance were helpful with my questions. It was also a very relaxed atmosphere. I appreciate the no high pressure sales process. Karl Malone Toyota is absolutely worth the drive for out of town customers.

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere as soon as you pull on the lot. They made the purchasing process so easy and fast. Would go back for my next vehicle or recommend them to anyone of my friends or family. Ramon was a lot of help and no pressure on deciding to purchase!

Our salesman Louis reached out to me when I inquired about a couple vehicles. He and the financial team made buying a car very fun, fair, easy. We ve bought several vehicles over the years but never drove off the lot after only 2 hours! We ll definitely go back to Karl Malone Toyota for a future purchase!

We had the BEST experience with John Driskell at Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston! We called told him what we wanted and John found us EXACTLY what we wanted. This dealership was different from any we have ever been to! When we signed our papers we were in a hurry for personal reasons and John asked Nikki to have our paperwork ready literally took us less than 10 minutes! She was so knowledgeable and nice as well. I can t say enough good things about our experience. From phone call to leaving w our new vehicle off the lot PERFECTION! Amazing people amazing service amazing vehicles We will never use another dealership! Thank you so much John Driskell for making that happen for us We love our new Toyota!

This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I ve ever made. All the staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and all my needs met. Finance team made sure to get me the best deal and that really stood out to me. Would highly recommend this place

Great experience beginning to end. Dealt with Cedric. Extremely knowledgable on the vehicles. Awesome attitude and demeanor. Guided us through the entire purchase process up to Niki, who handled the financing portion. Another great attitude, friendly and just made the experience awesome. Would highly recommend Karl Malone Toyota and Cedric and Niki.

This is a multi part rating. The service department is bad. They could find nothing wrong with a customer's car, even though it was misfiring (thankfully he brought it to me afterwards). The saving grace was that they didn't charge the gentleman for the service, so that was decent. The used cars are a joke. They seem to do nothing to try and care for them before simply passing them on to the customer at inflated prices. For people who aren't mechanics, this practice could cost them thousands and leave them without a vehicle. As far as new vehicles, obviously they're fine. They're Toyotas. That has nothing to do with this dealership, although their prices seem to be higher than other Toyota dealerships. Overall, I have to give them a 1/5.

My son just bought his truck from here. The salesmen were awesome. If u are in the market for a used or new vehicle, I would totally recommend this place. It was well worth the drive from out of town to Ruston. Ask for Nick, he was professional, honest , and made the buying experience great. I would give this dealership more stars if possible. Staff was great to work with. Everyone was friendly, respectful, kind and applied no pressure. They worked hard to get the truck we wanted with the best available financing. The purchase process was fast and easy. They took all of the time needed to show us all of the features. Our truck was clean, ready as promised with a full tank of gas.

I bought a 2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid from Karl Malone Dealership at the beginning of April 2023. I lived in Illinois. So the car was shipped over to me. I usually don't give reviews right away until I have tested the product long enough to provide my feedback. From the sales associate to the financial team, they provided an outstanding service . The information they provided about the car was accurate. The process of financing the car was fast and simple. My fiance was hesitant about purchasing a car for several thousands dollars since we did not see and test drive the car. Yes I get it. I trusted the sales team and the finance team after asking some questions and their responses were professional and trustworthy. The car was shipped in two days, and it was received in a very good condition. My fiance and I are very happy with the car. My experience buying a car at Karl Malone Dealership was truly outstanding . Thanks Niki, and Shedric.

David was a delight to deal with. He worked hard and worked with me all that he could. I didn t like the $2000 dollar mark up that they had on the truck I was buying called the Karl Malone special. This was the only silly part about the experience. But they were willing to come off of it after bargaining for a while. Financing was easy and Niki was a delight also. I spoke with the manager that was there and he was very personable as well. Very very good service other than the markups they try to put on the vehicles.

Cedric S. Is a wonderful representative of Karl Malone Toyota. He was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist in my purchase of a new vehicle. We made several visits to the dealership exploring different vehicles and Cedric patiently explained all options and knew every feature and how it worked. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. He was never pushy. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and this was by far my most pleasant experience at a dealership. If you are in the market for a vehicle you should consider Karl Malone Toyota and be sure to ask for Cedric!
