David was the absolute best. We walked away with not only a truck for my husband, but a new van for myself. Normally, I am weary of car dealerships and am disappointed dint he service, but this was a positive experience all around, both David and Chris stayed late to help us make our purchases!

Absolutely recommend coming to see Charles for a car. He came out and greeted us with a smile. We told him exactly what we were working with and he was able to get us what we wanted and at a great price on top of that. We came with a pre approval and were able to work with Tim in finance to get it all done. Definitely come see Charles and Tim and they will get you in a ride.

This dealership was fantastic! The dealer who worked with me, his name was Justin Worthington and he was one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was courteous, respectful, helpful, and caring. He went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have had experiences in my past at other dealerships that were horrifying. At Courtesy of Ruston everyone I had a chance to meet that works there were top notch. I am a Texas resident, and I flew to Louisiana just to make this purchase with Justin Worthington and Courtesy of Ruston. They truly earned my business and I would return back to them in the future to purchase my next vehicle. I highly recommend them if you want a smooth, honest, fair, loyal, respectful experience.

I came to get struts looked at before the warranty expires in October. Was given a quote for 2599 for work I didn't ask them to look at. Then was charged 150.00 plus for a diagnosis test which I didn't ask for. Never was told anything about a fee. Since the struts and labor were still under warranty. Was never given a chance to decline. I feel like I was swindled. And would like a full refund. Please advise

I brought my 2023 GMC Denali in for a second opinion, since I have a part on order for over 90 days with another dealer. Ralph the service manager is awesome, even though they couldn t repair the vehicle, they confirmed the diagnosis and got it back in same day. The team at Courtesy provided the customer service that GM has not supplied. At least this dealership is trying to take care of the customer, The manufacturer not so much. 90 plus days waiting on a part, a certified letter ignored by manufacturer. Just horrible customer service!!

My Car was brought to this dealership 6 months. I have called several times about receiving my engine cover that Mike in the Collision department promise me but keeps giving the run around on. I also had several repairs that was done improper but all i am asking for is my engine cover. You already installed my hood wrong used old parts when insurance paid for new parts and still left my fog light cracked. Mike said he order parts from dodge stated they had it on back order. I called Dodge asked how long will it take for me to get a engine cover he told me 1 day but I am here 6 months waiting. So i called mike told him what the man said. He calm my engine came in so i gave me my address to send it. Now another month has passed. If i did not stay 11 hours away i would come up there an get this handled personally. I expect so action to be taking on this immediately i paid 13,000 for my car the be repaired correct that did happen but all I am asking for is my engine cover is that so hard to send

Update: Since my last review this dealership made things right and fixed my air conditioner- I did cost me more money but they definitely did their part to make things right. Let me brag on Clint-He valued me as a customer and made things right immediately. I will definitely give them I have been coming to this dealership for years, never had a problem with them until recently- let me add very friendly, clean environment and they get you in and out. I have been going back and forth to this dealership since June about my air conditioner- Each time they have diagnosed my car 3 times- something different each time. First they said the Cue system was causing my air not to work- replaced it, then they said my battery was weak- which could have been causing my air not to work- replaced it , third time they said it was HVAC module- replaced it. My recent visit was Monday and my air quit working on Today Friday 8-25-2023. I m very disappointed- I would rather you tell me I don t know what s wrong instead of taking my money, it s very aggravating- Spending a lot of money and the problem isn t fixed

Paid 1700 for my a/c compressor to get fix soon as I walked in I felt myself being profiled (19 years black male with fitted hat on) ..the lady gave me attitude and was rushing my questions as I was trying to explain what was wrong with my car I paid to get fix ..8 months later my compressor went out again and they told me it s not under warranty because a rock hit it there no way to tell a rock hit my compressor..I wouldn t recommend going here if you re young and black

An Unsatisfied Customer!Ralph, the Service Manager, told me that a fuel injection service should be done every 30,000 miles which means when I bring my 2012 Acadia Denali in for an oil change, they should recommend it every other oil change! I was not able to validate his observation. Why did he state this? Because I Courtesy completed and charged me $225.97 + tax for this service on June 19th, however, I took my vehicle for a 2nd opinion for the other recommended repairs (~$2,000.00 worth) this morning, and Auto shop owner recommended a fuel injection service!! Wait!! What?? Long story short, after they completed the other repairs for 1/3 of what the dealership quoted, I drove straight to Courtesy with these pictures and Ralph stated that it looked good for the amount of miles on my vehicle. Also, the injection process only lasts about 15 minutes and the mechanics do not check to see if the 15 minute process actually cleaned it or not....hmmmm, no quality control, takes too much time, or would they have to charge me more to check and see if cleaning process worked??? By the way, Ralph admitted to his high labor costs due to his overhead.... Okay, that is obvious, but not helpful. So basically, Ralph indicated that since I was not having this service done every 30,000, then the best that I could expect is what the photos reflect (taken with a scope today by the other Auto shop).....Nothing offered, No apology, Nothing..... #Done #MySpouseIsDone #GMCDoBetter

I went by to just look and get a trade in value on my car. I expected the process of choosing a new car to take days. Richard (Rick), a very patient salesman, helped me make the decision within a few minutes. Everyone was very helpful and patient as we spent the next couple of hours doing paperwork and taking care of the details. I was able to leave my car there and drive off in my new one that day!

My visit was the best I have ever had at a Service Center.Chasidy Beasley was the best. She was very helpful when I called to set up the appointment and she handled the service as professionally as anyone could've. I will definitely be using Courtesy again.

I thought the continuation of service was tremendous from the time I dropped my vehicle off until I left the parking lot that afternoon. Clint stayed in close communication with me, allowing me to chose the services I wanted completed to match my budget. Slade is an awesome technician, and I absolutely trust him to work on my vehicle anytime. This guys were spot on! Great people, great service!

I made an appointment for a retrofit. I drive 30 minutes and arrive 15 minutes early. After being there 15 minutes I am told my parts are ordered. My truck never moved, they never took the seat cover out or the paper floor mat. If my truck wasn't even taken in the shop or moved they could have ordered my parts over the phone when I made the appointment. My last appointment for a retrofit, after waiting 10 days I had to call the service department back to see if my part had come in. I bought my truck on a Saturday, and asked for a wash at my first retrofit. You would have thought I had asked for the keys to the kingdom.

I had a full detail done to my vehicle. I had used the website to book my appointment and selected the option to have a rental vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. When I arrived for my appointment, there was no rental but a shuttle was offered instead. I also had to pay $200 instead of the original quote the website gave of $100 plus $50 for the rental since the detailing service was done through a third party. Overall, I'm pleased with the service but not the actual details and accommodations of the appointment.
