The staff at Ruston Autozone are some of the friendliest and most helpful I ve ever come across. Their willingness to help customers shines through every time I ve been there, and I ve been there many times. Many of the parts I ve needed have been in stock here. If they didn t have a certain item in stock, they ve ordered it for me and got it quickly, often the same day. The store is always well maintained and clean as well.

It really depends on who's helping you... At times they act like you not a customer, barely assitance, and some who who be helpful.. my last person was very helpful.

I actually live in Dallas and my daughter go to school there and she was having car trouble and Chris was so very helpful and made our day such a breeze again thank you so much

My experience today was a great one!!! The young man was extremely helpful to myself and my 79 year old dad. If i had it my way, i would definitely give him a raise!! He should be in the hat for the next promotion! Ruston, La auto zone!!Stars across the board!! Good customer service is hard to find, but GREAT customer service is almost unheard of!!!Jordan G. Definitely upped the need and want to for me today.

Antifreeze time! So I whipped my big rig up into the AutoZone parking lot, slid into the same ten parking spaces i use in the rear lot and trecked on into the store where my prepaid over the phone purchase was already boxed up and ready to be hauled to the truck parked way in the back. I made a separate purchase after id strolled down isle 2 and back up isle 6 having had a can of spray paint catch my eye. Grabbed a pack of reeses cups and checked out.Hand offer to help carry some of the antifreeze to my truck for me but i declined not wanting to screw up my workout for the day. As i popped out the door a fellow patron greeted me and ask how i was, I didn t k ow the gentleman but responded im doin good if i can only make it to my truck. To which he responded can i give you a hand?! I declined and thanked him aswell but each offer was greatly appreciated. Nice to know folks still willing to help they fellow man.

Did business in this building when it was a Piggly Wiggly, that was a long time ago. Just in for a couple amenities this morning and was taken care of by a very nice young man who located what I needed and had me checked out in no time.

The staff here was amazing. Super helpful the two managers this evening helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and how to fix it. It was the polite people and great service that will keep me coming back.

My female college student needed a battery. Bought the battery but the employee refused to change it out. He basically had to take a cover off the box where the battery sat. Guess it was too much trouble for him. Next time we ll use a different parts store.

Logan Lord and his coworkers (sorry, I didn't get everyone's name) checked and then replaced the batteries in my truck competently and with smiles. Thank you for the great customer service!

VERY RUDE staff in Ruston, La. Had a return that was not reimbursed to debit card. Was told it was my banks fault. Went to my bank and they said no activity from Auto Zone. Went back to store still said it was banks fault. After going round and round with a couple of the rude staff members one employee finally checked on the return and said it had not been completed by the store. So it was their fault and they give me cash back on the return. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff don't go to Ruston location.

My goal is to NOT need the parts house.... Lol.. But when I DO these guys never fail to make it quick and painless.. Even saved me a trip across town last week! Always helpful at the Ruston location!! And I don't know who needs this but go grab you some windshield wipers...

Sent my son up there to get freon with a reusable hose on it .he did not know what i was talking about so i told him to get an employee to help him which he did and came home with one that was unusable .you had better know what your looking for because they sure dont

Will never shop at an autozone again. Empolyees tried to tell me that I needed a new crank senor when a battery fixed the problem. They were extremely rude and refused to help me install a battery.

Stopped in today to have a battery replaced, and they where awesome. Took the old one out, and had the new one in within like 10mins.

Not to good this time. Went in for help with a blown fuse and was told I need to bring burnt one in for him to get correct one. How am I to know what one has blown??? This is why I came to this location

AutoZone normally has sales, so it's good to keep an eye out to see if you can get oil or stabilizer at a lower price. I'd suggest knowing what you need prior to coming because there's a good chance the employees won't be able to give you a good recommendation.

I bought spark plugs & air filter 2 days ago. AutoZone DID NOT have me in the computer as purchased. I had to go home, get receipt to show item was purchased. So, needless to say, I received NO COMPENSATION & THE SALESPERSON WAS NOT DISCIPLINED! I went directly to O'Reilly to get part! I "WILL" take this up with DAYTIME MANAGER!
