After a minor fiasco at the Toyota dealership, I came here to get a battery. The counter guy, Morris, took great care of me. He had my battery tested and after my purchase decision, changed out in no time. Very happy with the customer service I received here and confident that if I have any problems with my new battery, it will show in their system. Back in to Advance again today replacing a boat battery. Got what I thought was a really good deal on a deep-cycle marine and as always, I was taken care of like I was that special customer and not just someone else walking through the door. A young lady named Tammy took care of me this time, offering me an extended warranty on this purchase, which i gladly took. I can always be assured that my purchases here are always in the system if I have issues down the road or lake. Still have one more battery to replace and I will definitely bring it here to replace it.

I went in here to have my battery tested because I had trouble starting my car. The gentleman was extremely helpful. He tested the battery, recommended a battery, and replaced the battery for me. The old battery was very difficult to get out as it had corroded. He worked at it and got it out. He also tested the starter and alternator to ensure they were working appropriately. I was very happy with everything they did to assist me. I have been back to this auto part store in particular several times now. It seems to be the best in town to me.

I meant to put a nice review for John who helped me a few months back. My car literally barely made it there and he helped me figure out it was the alternator and even though they didn't have the one I needed in stock he gave me a jump and directed me to the closest store who could order it. He was a gem. Appreciate your help, John! God bless you and yours!

The staff at Advance Auto Parts really go out of their way to help the customers! I didn't have any cold air at all blowing from the a/c in my car when I visited! One of the workers actually revived my cars a/c by putting freon into it! I didn't know how to do it and wouldn't have made it without his help! I recommend Advanced Auto Parts over any other parts store to everyone in the community! They definitely will take care of your needs!

Ms. Tammy is an absolute gem! I had a few poor Advance Auto experiences but decided to give one more shot and truly found someone super knowledgeable who cares about the customers. Absolute 5 star experience!

I normally don t leave Reviews or Comments on places I have been. I, like most people, have gone to several auto part stores and the customer service is always mediocre at best. I went to Advanced Auto Parts, on North Trenton in Ruston and truth be told It was awesome!!I just went in to get some washer fluid for my truck but I was greeted as soon as I walked in, by an employee named Tammy. She was helping another customer but she greeted me as if I had been going there for years. The environment/atmosphere was light and friendly and it honestly made me feel relaxed and welcomed.I know my purchase wasn t anything important or a big priority but the offer of help was there and to me, that goes a long way. The friendly attitude and laidback environment was exactly what I was looking for. Tammy made my experience at Advanced Auto, fun and enjoyable, which is something I ve never said about an auto parts store.I even signed up for their Speed Perks, just because my time there was actually fun. So, to sum up Advanced Auto in Ruston is awesome and Tammy is helpful and amazingly friendly and I ll definitely be going back there!

Knowledgeable people just priced out of reason for oil filter for club cadet lawnmower! However all other parts I have purchased there very competitive! They not lawnmower store so I shouldn't gripe!

An employee named Morris was very rude to me. He wasn't helping any customers and didn't seem interested in helping anyone. I was very disappointed to see this as a former employee. All I needed was a radiator cap but he was too busy playing on his phone while all the other employees were busy helping customers. I will no longer be visiting this AAP location if it's going to be run this way. Some major changes need to be done at this store.

Went in for a car part. One of the workers rolled their eyes at 2 other customers in front of me and acted like they didn't care about helping the customers. Instead of helping me find the part, they told me what i needed and never offered to help me find it. Looked for 10 mins before i found what i was looking for. Could of been quicker if the workers weren't so rude and lazy.

Their website wasnt user friendly in my opinion. As all prices has gone up since the virus hit the US. Shelves were bare of more items than normal. My peeve was west monroe store said the rustion store had a thermostat i needed, but after calling to confirm, driving to ruston, to find out they didnt wasnt a high point of customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen. They called me later to say they did have after all. I won't comment about that, it would not be polite. Id love to open one where i live.

Had about the worst experience ever! It's not often that I've gone into a store of any kind, and had the people that work there act as if they were doing you a favor by acknowledging you've walked in. We were potential customers about to spend over $300 dollars -- but not now. The two working were more interested in what their phones were doing. One star for you - Mr. I-think-I'm-too-good-for-this-job; your snarky buddy. The most pleasant individual there was the little pup you were "dog-sitting"

Seems like all auto parts stores have that one guy but I truly feel advanced Auto only hires knowledgeable and qualified staff to help their customers and for that I am grateful, several times I myself as a mechanic have been corrected and saved a lot of time...

Great customer service and the chief there was nice to run system diagnostics on the comouter and save me money by telling me nothing is wrong. Went in expecting to spend money and walked away with all the money in my pocket. Day cannot be better.

They are quick, efficient, and helpful. They even suffered someone who is a total idiot when it comes to vehicles, and I was still out in a matter of minutes thanks to them asking the right questions and quickly identifying what I needed.

Would recommend, it's a good place to buy parts at and the staff is always nice and helpful. Everywhere else the people are not that helpful at all, but this place, the people know all about the parts and can tell you every detail about every thing in that store.

It's a great store with excellent store associates. I was there for a break light replacement and item didn't show up. Associate went out of the way to find the item by inspecting the broken bulb. I would recommend the Advanced Auto Parts anyday over AutoZone!

Super helpful place! They have a lot of specialty tools you can borrow to try and fix the car problems you're going through. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable, which is something you don't find often anymore!

So I broke down on I-20 E. Slung a belt and lost coolant. Well I called the other guys and no help. Needed parts brought to me! Anyway.. Ended up calling Advanced and they went above and beyond! No one else would even bring me parts to fix my vehicle. I live in North West Alabama.. On our way back home from west Texas... Not only did one of the guys bring me what I thought I needed.. But went back because we found out the water pump went out ... Anyway came back with the pump and stayed and helped get us back on the road!!! Chief, brother... If you read this their is no way for me to repay you... Sir you went above and beyond what you could've done! For that I will always call you a friend and brother!
