Amazing service and extremely fair pricing. I did not have an appointment and they squeezed my car in same day. I needed a 4-way alignment on my mustang and they changed my rims out for me too.

They helped me comprehend the consequences of the mistakes a previous shop made to my car. They did their best and I was able to limp home. I am grateful these mechanics know what they're looking at. I didn't know to look and would have been stranded somewhere else, who knows where.

The staff is outstandingly nice. I came in for a diagnostic and they were VERY thorough. As a woman you re always terrified that mechanics will rip you off, definitely not here. Very knowledgeable staff and worked very well with my car. Thank you Tito s!

I was very impressed with the customer service, they repaired my 2015 Hyundai sonata mechanical issues in a timely matter , the communication was very accurate with what my car needed . Mr Tito is very perfessional and took notes on all my concerns with my car. FIXED!!

It was one of the worse experiences ever. He charged me double and quadruple on parts. We dropped off for a fast repair and ended up taking over 2 weeks. We went from a price of 900 to 2300. Had starter in truck go out while camping. Found this gem of a repair shop by reading reviews. So glad I read all the five star reviews. Truck was repaired in one day! I had been searching for a place that I could trust with my car because I do not trust anybody but C.A.R.S. broke that barrier today with their wonderful service and friendliness. The owners are very down to earth and honest! They are also supportive of other businesses around them. I needed tires mounted and balanced and they recommended Robert Tire Shop which I have been a few times for plugs because they are also good people. I will definitely return whenever I need service to my car!

My daughter's car broke down while she was headed home 2.5 hours away. I was worried sick and trying to figure out how to get to her. After praying and trusting God, my daughter told me that the wrecker service had dropped her at this shop. She told me of how wonderful the owner and his wife were. He and his wife stayed after hours to make sure that my baby was safely headed home. I thank God for this family and am forever grateful for his kindness. If you are looking for quality work with fair pricing, this is the repair shop for you!

Brought in my F250 Super Duty with check engine light on. Eugene and his crew checked it out and changed the DEF heater. This is not a small job. We were visiting the area 600 miles from home and this shop not only diagnosed and fixed our problem they accommodated us for the situation and did not over charge. So thankful for honest folks who didn t take advantage of travelers who were strangers. I d seriously consider bringing my vehicles here if I lived even a little closer. Thanks so much!

We are fairly new to the area and needed a mechanic we could trust. We were referred to Eugene, and without a doubt we were absolutely pleased with his work. He is very trustworthy, honest, reliable and won't charge for unnecessary repairs. We will definitely go back.

Polite, professional, and straight forward! Just what our small town needs! Being a woman I was a little worried about taking my vehicle to a mechanic shop. The owner was very clear in explaining what I needed. I would defiantly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

I ve probably driven these people crazy with my random car problems. But you won t get a better value or understanding anywhere else. Mr. Eugene has towed my car from my home twice, i do believe to fix problems at no extra cost to me. The prices are more than reasonable and always less than I expect. If a mechanical error comes up from a faulty part or something he WILL make it right. And for women who are afraid to trust a mechanic to do u right, I promise he is trustworthy, he has daughters and a sweet, friendly as can be wife. And it s as if he puts out the care he d hope anyone else would for his family. Just an all around fantastic experience and ppl to know.

GREAT service, even better customer service!!As a female, it s all too common to be treated by shop personnel in a condescending manner when trying to explain your vehicle s problem. NOT so with Eugene!! He took the time to listen, ask questions, made sure he understood my concerns, and, most importantly, didn t make me feel like an imbecile!! And, in the office, Melissa is an absolute doll, making sure everyone is comfortable. This is my new go to place for auto service and repairs!!!

WOW. Talk about going above and beyond.......... We were traveling from Lansing Michigan and camping at Reunion Lake campground. Then it happened, master cylinder leak. .. Called the shop Monday morning and told them we were traveling could they take a look at my truck that the brakes line was leaking. They said bring it right down. I did they put it first on there list. 3 hours later it was done and we were loading the 5th wheel up and hitting the road. If you are traveling or are local i would HIGHLY recommend C.A.R.S. what a GREAT family business. They will go above and beyond customer expectations.........Hard to find in todays world.
