This is for the truck wash in back. Sitting for over an hour behind them taking their sweet time to wash a truck in front of me. Can't back out and I'm late for my appointment now.

I called uhaul for roadside assistance they charged me 124.00 for a 1/8 of gas not even an eigth of a mile from location which is infront of the gas station. Did not inform me I was being charged till after he pumped the gas tank of gas. So I was forced open his service. The manager of the location told me the only one that could do anything was the owner which would be back tomorrow. I am visibly an amputee of my left leg. I would ve walked and prevented it or called my AAA. Disgusted by the way it was handled.

William went out of his way to help out my family when our vehicle overheated on the interstate. He repaired the car and got us back on the road within an hour. He and his staff welcomed us to wait in his office while they fixed the car. Would highly recommend!

My horse trailer got rammed by a westbound Dodge on the interstate last week. Mr. William was there 5 minutes after I called and replaced both of my back tires and even tried to help get my trailer right-side up. Great service and very friendly.

Had a rough blow out. The owner Will was incredibly helpful even though he was about to head home for the day. So thankful he was there to help when most other shops were closed. Incredibly kind and very polite and professional. Also had the most WONDERFUL dog that kept us company on our short wait. Absolutely incredible service! My coil pack went out as we were driving through Rayville on our way to a wedding. Will had me back on the road in about an hour and we made it to the rehearsal on time. Awesome job!

They did a decent job cleaning my truck and trailer, but I was there for 3 hours and I pulled up 4rth in line. Not a bad job guys just a little faster. Guy behind me pulled out and I saw 1 other truck back out later.

Good price for the truck wash,but once it dried they missed alot of spots. The polish shop did an amazing job though!

New owner. Not at all happy with the job they did on my rig. They need more workers like their lead man. He had to clean behind all the others. Still missed spots. Did not even scrub the nose of gooseneck.

What an angel. Bayou chrome saved me from ditching my RV. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner took care of us himself. He figured out the problem. Changed the part. She fired up like a dream. Can never thank you enough for your time and service.

Truck wash is super slow! After 1:20h sitting and waiting to wash the truck ahead of me I just left. Truck and trailer - easy 1:30-2h.

The mechanic did not speak or open his mouth to me any kind of greeting and as soon as someone else walked up he turned his attention to them. Don't come here for any work. But they will dish you a good dose of racism

not much of a chrome shop. a few odds and ends for earlier model freightliner and peterbilt. decent place to grab some spare lights i guess but don t count on knowledgeable service or any offers to toss you a catalogue.

$75 for truck and trailer hand washed. Even towel dried stainless and aluminum. Very pleased. Will return when in the area.

Service is good and reasonable. Hell you can get a wash, buy chrome, then change the oil if you need. Best all around shop.

Drive an hour to get truck washed and get things from chrome shop. Advertises "open late on Saturdays. I guess "late" is lunchtime, even though on maps it says 6pm. Total waste of time

Called to get some info on this place and the lady hung up on me! Id recommend a place that is more professional to handle my equipment!
