The staff here is amazing (especially Josh, he was very friendly and helped me with everything while also being professional), stores always clean and everybody's very helpful. I wouldn't go to any other O'Reilly's in the area and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Within the last month I purchased a battery, sensor, and a headlight from this location. At every point over the last year when I ask for the cheapest version of an item, I'm always told that all they have is the upgraded version of said item. For instance, the battery cost over $220, the sensor was $90, and the headlight was $35. When my brother installed the headlight, it got damaged so I had to purchase another. This time, I decided to stop in Opelousas and was able to get the same part for $18. I understand that it's all a numbers game, but this makes no sense. Despite the friendly service, I'll avoid this location going forward. Opelousas and Eunice's locations are both friendly, helpful, and trustworthy.

AMAZING SERVICE! I came rushing in 5 minutes before they closed on a Thursday night to check my battery which just died. After testing my battery and seeing how bad it was, Joshua was so nice and changed my battery without making it seem as though it were a hassle. I am so thankful for the amazing service and people!

Welcoming and willing to help all the time. I've been to several auto parts stores over the years, even O'Reilly, but this has been the best one so far. Keep up the great work y'all!

They didn't seem very organized and could not find certain items. One employee wore his pants hanging around his knees. I found better service elsewhere.

He was eager to help me and to fix what was wrong with my blinker by replacing my light bulb and to also replace my rear windshield wiper. He was not able to replace it but I do have the correct wiper.
