Staff helped me immeasurably by diagnosing and helping me fix a major radiator leak. Total cost for parts was under $10.00. Thought it was going to be terrible. Thanks guys.

Marcus and Hayden were both exceedingly helpful with getting my vehicle back on the road after having issuses. Was able to get exactly what I needed and they provided excellent assistance. Great customer service!

Had a wonderful experience until trying to pay for my services which couldnt be provided. I spend half an hour talking to them about getting an alternator delivered to me while stranded at a truck stop. The lady was very nice and helpful, until the manager got back from lunch. Let's just say he only cares about "commercial customers" Oriellys got my business.

Very helpful, couldn't actually help with our problem of needing air but they tried and then sent us to the next towns Walmart for air in our tires

Was traveling home from New Orleans after Thanksgiving and we heard a thump, thump typical of a tire blowout. We were at the Rayne La. exit on I-10 West and pulled off to find the splash guard had become partially disconnected. Pulled into Advanced Auto Parts store #5775 in Rayne. They took a look crawled under our car and removed the splash guard and reporting some of the mounting screws appeared to have been stripped sometime recently possible during a oil change. Tried to pay them for their time, wouldn't take it. Asked if I could at least pay for their dinner, once again no. After a long handshake on my part we left to the employee telling us have a "Merry Christmas and safe travels". Wonderful folks at that store!!!!!

Great service...went in to look for a new side view mirror and wipers. Tried to help us find the mirror but couldnt so just got the wipers and even put em on for me.
