What can I say, that their quality of work does itself. BEST PRICING AROUND!!!Nick as very professional, helpful and quick responding. Answered all questions with knowledge and passion. Great location very clean and welcoming! My truck drives like it did brand new. Zim s Tire & Auto Repair will continue to do repairs on my truck. Worth the 1.5 hour drive.Really great group of guys.

My experience with Zim s was great. I emailed Nick at 6pm on Sunday Night about getting my truck leveled. He replied immediately and was able to give me all of my options and times available.Fast forward 3 days later and I m pulling out of their parking lot with my truck leveled. Nick explained exactly what they did and went into detail with me on my trucks alignment. Lobby feels like a 5 star hotel and the guys are all crazy nice. Price was affordable and will definitely be returning for any tire/auto needs in the future.

This is the BEST tire & repair shop I have ever encountered. Scott and Nick are true gentlemen and as honest and faithful as you will ever find. I trust their abilities to locate and repair any issue with a vehicle. Ours had several problems and they would not let us leave (having driven from Texas) until they were comfortable with the repairs and the safety of our car. They even checked on us, after we returned home, to make sure we had a safe trip back! Wish we lived closer to have them as our go-to shop and to be able to visit with these very nice folks! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Can you imagine driving miles and miles, with a very disturbing sound coming from the front end of your car? My husband and I did as we approached the Mississippi River Bridge in Baton Rouge, driving from Texas. The next day, we went to a shop for tires, only, but they were not equipped to locate the problem. However, they recommended Zim's, which was 2 minutes away. From the point of walking in until each and every problem was addressed and repaired, we felt like family. This place is entirely trustworthy for any tire/auto need. Scott and Nick are amazing people. Their integrity is priority, and it shows. What a Blessing to have been sent to them. It was Good Friday, too!

1st time I ve ever used them . Hands down one of the best business I ve ever used. The guys up front are extremely helpful and friendly. I went in for a Wheel Alignment and 45 minutes later I was on my way. My Jeep is driving so much better! Highly recommended. Shop is brand new and very clean and a nice waiting area.

Couldn t have asked for a better experience. All employees are knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly. Service was quick and fairly priced. My vehicle is from a company fleet service and they were easily able to work with the fleet service to get me back on the road. It is easy to support a local family business when they do such a great job!

I just needed an alignment on my vehicle, so I decided to try Zim's. I went in there at 10 am Saturday. I didn't catch his name but the gentleman running the place and at the front desk was very professional. I asked him if they can fit me in to get a front end alignment on my vehicle. He told me that they can do it right now. So they took it right in. Within 45 minutes they were done. The technician that performed the alignment even test drove it. The manager said that they did rear alignment also and went over the before and after results. I just had my tires replaced at a tire place, but that place doesn't do alignments, so the manager at Zim's gave me a $24 discount on the alignment.I am very happy with Zim's!I highly recommend them!

Came to Zim's for an oil change and some front end work, all based on reviews. It's important to have a place you can trust with your vehicles. This was an excellent choice and I now have a reputable place to service our cars. Thanks to Nick and the folks at Zim's that worked on my 2013 Nissan Rogue. I'll be back for sure.

Had truly exceptional service there today. I was seeking a solution and these guys really delivered. I highly recommend anyone out there looking for superior service to check these guys out.The previous owner of my truck had installed a front level kit on the front of my F150 and didn't do anything else.After driving the truck for 2 years I noticed this slight "micro squat" in the rear that I'm not a big fan of. Took her in and Nick ran her to the back and took some measurements and advised me on what needed to be done. I then received a text link for the complete breakdown on the estimate and gave it the green light.Incredibly fair pricing.A day Later Richie reached out to me and said my parts were in. Carried myself up there and once they were installed I was ushered into the shop to have a look before she was all buttoned up. I was like "Hell Yeah!!!"The kit came with new blocks, U-bolts & NEW SHOCKS (wasn't expecting that, thought it would just be the blocks & bolts)Thorough readout on the 4 wheel alignment, and good to go.Her stance has been corrected and I'm one happy camper.Don't sleep on these guys, you will be well taken care of.I'll be back Zim's!

Just wanna state how great and friendly the staff is at Zims! From the moment I was greeted with a friendly smile. You can tell they really care about their employees and customers. I highly Recommend bringing your vehicle here for whatever needs you are looking for!

Nick and Richie are so incredible!! Nate is the lead mechanic and he was so caring and thorough. This store is the only place in town I would bring my car. Very nice showroom, clean bathroom, keurig coffee and water and a desk I could use to work. Highly recommend them!!

I must admit, I was very hesitant at trying Zim s Tire and Auto Repair for a nail in my tire. I have my #1 and #2 tire and auto repair shops that I have been using for 10+ years. However, Zim s was open on a Saturday and my other shops were not. I had no idea that the gentleman helping me (and my daughter) and carrying on a conversation with us was indeed the owner of the business. In both business and life, you get one chance at a first impression. Nick Zimmerman and his business exceeded my expectations. On a side note, his dog Blue is my new best friend. I look forward to using Zim s Tire and Repair in the future. I almost forgot, so I got a hand written letter mailed to me thanking me for my business. Wow!! Who even writes thank you notes these days?

The owner was so helpful, got me in to repair a tire last minute on a Saturday. The guys in the shop took good care of everything and the price was good. He said they have 75 of family business and are new to our area. Would definitely recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires
