These people are incompetent, along with every other part of this store. It took them two hours to do an oil change and they weren't even busy, I had my battery cables and terminals cleaned, and they left the cables loose after they re-installed them. This caused my vehicle to not start, a few days later. I had no tools with me to fix the problem. Luckily, a good Samaritan stopped to help me. Beware of this place. Quality work or concern for their customers aren't a priority at this store.

This place is the worst of all. The men in the front desk doesn't know what a Dually means. We drove 40 minutes to get to the store and for them just to tell me that the truck is "too big".. if you don't know what a dully means don't work in a car related area.

Make sure you check the dipstick and make sure they push it in all the way, I would have never of known if I didn't open the hood, and not even touched with a vacuum even though my paperwork says complete

Elderly man working the front that can barely walk. Nice man, but should be retired. Air compressor doesn't work correctly and they initially said I would need to go somewhere else. I m not going back here unless I absolutely have to for my oil change. The workers were dismissive, my windshield and my interior wasn t cleaned like it was suppose to be. I also didn t receive a sticker to indicate when my next oil change would be. Makes me wonder if the oil was changed in the first place.

I ve been here twice so far it was worth every dime. It can be a 20 min wait. All work was done promptly and correct. This was around 7:00 am. I am returning customer. Great deals on brand new tires as well.

Brought in two new tires to be mounted on pre-owned rims. The tires were mounted quickly, and the price was really good. I will definitely be back.

Mr. Samuel, the service manager, replaced my tires today. He was GREAT and recognized a problem that I wasn't aware of that saved me a hassle.GREAT JOB, Mr. Samuel! You made our day!

Every time I go there the employees are so rude. Short one word answers, always seem irritated you walked in. I ll call and someone on the phone tells me something, then I go in and it s completely different. Will never get my business again. The WORST customer service ever!!!!!

Very quick service..only complaint is there wasn't anyone working the counter for the first twenty mins I was there waiting. Overall happy with their work

Unscrewed my oil plug but couldn't fully pull it out. If you don't know what you're doing don't come to work

Slow, unorganized and not really sure the people working back there really know what they are doing, the service manager is never around when you need her.

Those guys at work and that auto department at the Walmart in Prairieville are the best group of guys .
