Andrew was such a life saver! I was traveling from New Orleans back to Arkansas and had a flat on the hwy! When I called he went and got my tire from the warehouse to ensure they would have it! I had to wait for someone to come get me and put my spare on I didn t have a 4way so it delayed me getting to the shop! It was raining real bad and I was pushing it to get there by close! Andrew went above and beyond to wait for me and get me a new tire so I could get back home! Forever thankful for him! My review is a little late but ANDREW is THE BEST!

Bought a set of tires for my pick up truck. Outstanding customer service and competitive pricing. Mike explained everything regarding the tire purchase to avoid any confusion as to what I was getting. Their mechanic double checked for any issues regarding alignment, steering and tire balance to make sure all was done well. Strongly recommend this business.

Listed as an authorized Nexen tire dealer on Nexen's website, but upon my arrival denied having any knowledge of any warranties on Nexen tires or even how to file them. Keep in mind I have a legitimate tire warranty claim. Have original proof of purchase from less than a year ago and tire has plenty of treadlife left. I told the employee that Nexen warranty department said all you have to do is be on the phone with the dealer, the customer, and the nexen warranty and its super easy form you fill out,b ut he denied any knowledge of that nor that they do that. He even confirmed the owner said they are a Nexen authorized dealer, but will not assist in any tire warranty claims. Moreover, I have a nail on the very edge of the inside of my Nexen tire and the employee said that it is repairable, when I know from working in service at a dealership, that you never repair a nail on the very edge of the tire due to safety/liability reasons. Rear wheel drive sports car which by nature already have slight camber from the factory make repairs even more unsafe. Finally, even when I opted to just pay for the tire since I didnt have time or the patience to deal with the warranty situation, I was told that they can't help me b/c it is a 30 series tire. Keep in mind it is a 285 30 tire going on a 10.5 width rim. Everybody knows that is a walk in the park.Imagine walking into a car dealership and the business not willing to help you b/c they don't have any knowledge of it or want to do a warranty claim on your vehicle that they sell. Part of the reason why you bought the product was because of the warranty. No different.

Bought set 4 tires on Jan. 26, 2025 for $1000,00 + $100.09 installation. For above truck. Berry happy with these tires.

My car was brought in May 27 ,2022 to buy 4 new tires.We dropped the car off for the install .The car arrived with 4 fairly decent tires & a flat spare,for a total of 5 rims & 4 custom wheel covers. When we picked up the car,it had no wheel covers,& the spare tire,& spare rim were missing.I contacted the manager to ask where the spare tire & rim were ? He said he didn't know,but,would find me another rim & spare tire. All the wheel covers (6) months old were totally damaged. The installer put heavy wheel weights on the outer rims,& tried to hammer & force the wheel covers on over the heavy, wheel weights, damaging all 4 wheel covers.The car was brought back 2 more times,& nothing but excuses,& broken promises to fix the broken & missing items. I called the president of the company,with no return call.$650.00 for tires,broken wheel covers,& a missing tire & rim !I am in the process of disputing this with my credit card company,& writing the BBB . Don't buy tires from this company !!!! I would have posted a zero rating,but,that was not possible .

This tire shop is HONEST, SINCERE, FRIENDLY!! I had plenty of miles left on my tiresAnd the mgr. said "Come back later, you don't need new tires yet." That is HONESTBusiness! Always friendly, checked air pressure, valve stems, at no charge, later on. Been doing my tire needs with them many years. Reasonable prices, sincere honest care!EXTREMELY, Customer FRIENDLY! I know, from all the YEARS!! THANKS GUYS!!

Got oil changed here only to go to firestone and they saw condensation in my oil. That was the original problem I asked them to fix but they suggested the oil change 1st. They should've saw the problem in the oil if they knew what they was doing instead of charging me $95 for the oil change and I had to get another a week later

Called made an appointment and was quoted a price. They told me the tires not in stock would get them brought in. Got to the shop today no tires shipped and was quoted a much higher price. Had to wait an hour for tires to come across town. Worse part was I did not get a thankyou!

This place is wonderful to deal with. Recommended by a friend who knows the owner. I got 4 new tires, oil change and thought I needed brakes. The owner called me to let me know that I did not need new brakes. Pricing was as quoted and reasonable. Work was done promptly! I highly recommend this place for all your service needs!

Yes they found my tires were out of round. Replace them with new tires. I was satisfied with their service. They didn't waste time getting me back on the road

I ask that they mount and balance 2 tire I bought online. They told me they would have to mount them on the rear of my truck, "It was their policy". I ask that they be mounted on the front and they would not comply. I was not ask the condition of the rear tires or why I did not want them in the front. What ever happen to the "customer is always right policy". Gone!

One of the young workers left loose Lug nuts on a vehicle and caused a crashed on airline. They are rude and cause danger to innocent lives that pay for their services

Very knowledgeable staff. They got my lowered s550 mustang aligned when other shops couldn't do it. They stuck with it, went online and showed me what parts I needed to make it work and explained in detail why the parts were needed. When I left my car was laser straight and all alignment numbers were back to factory specs, will definitely be back for any work I need on any of my vehicles.

Every time I go to Gonzales Tires. Everyone is so polite and courteous. I went in this morning ( 2-13-17 ) to get 4 tires on my trailer and I was in and out in 35 minutes. They are by for the most professional Tire Company I have ever delete with. Keep up the great work to everyone.

Running the roads making deliveries, I picked up a nail in my tire. I pulled in at Gonzales tire and automotive to see if you could be fixed. I told them that I was on a tight schedule. Matt, the director of maintenance signaled me to a bay and Brian the maintenance technician, stopped immediately removed the tire, Repaired it and reinstalled it in under 20 minutes.These guys run a tight ship, I highly Recommend this service facility.Thanks guys you re the best.

Best staff ever!!!!I was there because my truck had problems with the muffler, unfortunately they don't do that kind of job but the man who took care of me very kindly helped me to find the nearest shop that could help me and he didn't charge me anything even for the diagnostic and thanks to him I found the right shop I needed.I was driving all the way from Florida to San Antonio, Texas and I was really worried about my truck I thought it could broke in the middle of the highway but thank God I found this amazing people....Thank you very much....

Not a happy experience. I bought tires from the internet. Because its half the price of what the tire shops sell them for. I decided to get them put on here. They put two tires on my front rims that are 8 inches wide and they struggled with it. Then he told me he couldnt put on the rear tires because the rims in the back of the car are 8 and a half inches wide. I ended up with a slow leak on one of the tires that was installed. I brought my other tires to walmart and they put tgem on with no problem. Had walmart inspect the leaking tire that gonzales tire installed and found out that the tire was ripped apart on the bead of the tire. I ended up buying a new tire and had walmart install that one ss well.ive had no problem since. Not to mention i payed half the price at walmart that gonzales tire charged me. I will not be a return customer. Very bad experience.

Simple rotate and balance turned into expensive mess up. Four scratched rims and over inflated tires with every tire's PSI different. Manager never even offered to fix the issues his shop caused.

I had a pleasant experience here I was here for 35 minutes for An oilchange. The price was great and the workers were very polite. I will definitely be coming back for my oil change.

Just be careful when they quote an out the door price They tell you one thing then when you go pick up your vehicle they charge you more and basically call you a liar when you challenge them on it. Get it in writing FIRST before any work is done

Bought tires from here, tire blew out 3 months later and they did not stand behind their product and charged me full price for a replacement. Would not recommend using this store.

Stopped in to have a flat fixed. Brett wrote me up, and had tire fixed, and i was back on the road.Great service by great folks!

I had a puncture in my front passenger tire that they patched without issue. The complementary wifi was very convenient.
