I can't say enough about the help Brandon gave us. He was professional and kind. Towed our vehicle 1.5 hours away and went out of his way to make us comfortable and we felt very safe under his care. Brandon and his company sent frequent updates which was very comforting when sitting on the side of the road in the heat. He represented his company well. I would recommend him to anyone and only hope if anything happens again that he is there to help.Service: Car towing

This place is great. Brandon helped us out so much when our car broke down on the way to a wedding. Professional, knowledgeable , amiable, and warm are a few words that come to mind immediately to describe Brandon. Great experience, and highly recommended if you find yourself in need!

If I could give 10 stars I would! My son and I are on the way to Colorado from Florida and my sons alternator went out. After going down the list of tows and get no answer we ended up getting in contact with Wendel for a tow and I couldn t have been more pleased. He arrived quickly, towed us to a shop in the direction we were traveling, patiently waited while I gathered everything I needed from the car and then drove us to our hotel. When it came time to pay I was having problems with my card, he again waited patiently for me to resolve the problem, I was unable to fix it that night so he kindly let me partially pay him and then pay the rest the next day when I fixed my issue. On top of all of that he was already researching shops and hotels for us before he even arrived. He was incredibly friendly and was the epitome of going above and beyond. He gave U.S. recommendations of places to eat in the area and told us if we needed help with anything we could call him. His mama raised him right, just a really great guy. Would def recommend this company!!!Service: Car towing

My Lincoln broke down on I-55 on my way to Hammond. Called Wendel told him what was going on and he said he'd get it home, no worries. He did a great job, was prompt, professional and an all around huge relief. I not only appreciate their service, but I highly recommend them!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Great family oriented company. Both Wendel and Devin are amazing guys to work with. Very thorough in their jobs and they're very respectable young me.Nothing but kind words to say for the business. From a professional side of things as I work in the same line. Just in a different location as them. I've worked with them both for a little over a year. With Wendel for about 2 years daily. Again, highest of regards their business practices.

CARS is a family oriented company who go above and beyond caring for their customers. Each time I've had to use their services, which was on several occasions, Wendel (owner/operator) made sure my needs were met. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs any type of roadside assistance. Keep up the great work!!

Where do I begin??? I am so absolutely grateful for the love I received. I locked myself out of my vehicle 3 times within 2 days. The 1st incident, I was parked on side of a cop, so he helped me out, and that was unexpected and amazing to say the least. I am forever grateful. The next day I did it again, some local bystander seen me attempting to get into my vehicle with a tool and stopped to assist me. He told me that he knew a guy that live literally around the corner. He gave me the number to this company. I called, and literally got them over within 15 minutes.They stopped what they were doing to hurry and help me. When he arrived he got my door open in less than 1 minute! (No Joke). I was soo excited, everything was happening so fast, I couldn't process how amazing everything was with my service, before I knew it within 2 minutes I DID IT AGAIN!!!! Locked my vehicle. I was DEVASTATED. I had to hurry to catch him, I called him and he told me he was in a hurry and needed to get to his next service and to call his manager, before I could dial the manager he was already calling me. I answered the phone and he assured me that everything was gonna get handled, and that he got me. Reason being, He said "It could of very well been one of their wives". At this point I was filled with soo much emotion, I couldn't process it. I needed the help, but I didn't want to be a nuisance or inconvenience. These people exceeded my expectations and helped me out in a great time of need. All I could do is cry . Thank you guys soo much, I pray I can return the favor one day. Service: Car lockouts

Today I Locked My Keys In The Car and One Phone Call To Wendal Was All It Took. He Came and Had My Door Open Within 10minutes. I Would Most Definitely Recommend His Services. Thanks Again
