Went their to get my battery, alternator and starter checked. They said my alternator was not putting showing good. I went to 2 other places and they both said my alternator was good. A second opinion is always a good thing to get. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Very helpful. Only a couple minutes from my house and everytime I go no matter who's there they help in every way they can. Wish I could remember the guy's name with the beard, but he teaches me something every time I walk in that place. Thank yall

Went in this morning with a dead battery. Brittany helped me and took great care of me. I will be doing business at the location from now on! She was on a conference call and I will say to whoever was running the call to leave them alone. They are taking care of their customers so let them do their job. I ran retail for 16 years and their is nothing worse than a micro managing conference call. From my experience today Brittany is doing great and taking care of business. Get off their backs and treat your team with more respect. Thanks Brittany!

So I brought a part back and the staff spent extra time trying to locate the correct part. They could not get the part and gave me my money back with no problem and even gave me suggestions of where I hou look d get the part. I had to go to s major competitor but the staff here was awesome and even allowed me to look on the order screen to be sure they did not miss something. Godf job staff.

The staff treated me like I was important! My parts were in stock and the prices were great. The manager, Jason, is very knowledgeable and helpful and I am very happy that this store opened in this location!

Have gone to this location in search of multiple parts and everyone has been beyond helpful and quick helping me find what I need. They usually have what I am looking for in stock, but if they don t they can always order it for me.

We just went into the Prairieville store with questions and needing parts for my sons car and Michael L. was our sales associate and he was probably the most helpful Autozone employee I have ever dealt with. He was super nice and knowledgeable. He helped my son search to find the correct parts. Here's a pat on the back from the Peters family!! Thank you!!
