Helpful staff. Prices have gotten a bit high though.Update: As a manager if you're hurt by that comment, you should probably avoid reading the reviews. I gave you 4 stars because of the service I get. I didn't have to do that. I'm happy to update this review if the prices become more competitive.

Perfect service! I came to get my battery checked & it was bad. The older gentleman changed it in just a few minutes & I was I on my way.. he was so polite. I appreciated his kindness after having such a trying day!

Store listed as opening at 0700I'm still here at 0715 waitingTwo employees here, they can't even get in C'mon auto zone!Then I get told "it's gonna take us a minute to open up" by I assume the (late) manager of the day... sheesh

100% great, customer service . The young gentleman inside has helped me tremendously every time I ve had a problem and has not called it quits or just told me I don t know he has made sure to figure out what it is I needed and got it done. Even right at closing time. When I know he is ready to leave he didn t make me feel like I was being a burden.

This location always is friendly and knowledgeable. Had to rent a tool today. Called beforehand to verify it was in stock and when I got there and told them what I needed an employee remembered me calling about the tool kit and ran to grab it for me. Very awesome staff here.

I couldn't find the cup holder that I need to fit in my Camaro, sports car...all the store carries is the big bulky ones for full size automobile . I purchased a steering wheel cover but it wasn't what I really wanted...not enough varieties to pick from

Everyone who works here is super friendly and knowledgeable, especially the assistant manager David. He was very helpful in diagnosing problems and installing a new battery in a car that was built very compact, making it difficult. Feels like a local place with people who want to make sure you leave happy.

Very rude, poor customer service. I went into this store today around 1:45pm. I didn't have a mask because mine had just broke. An employee asked me if I had a mask, I told I did not, but if he had one, I would gladly wear one. He stated he didn't and refused me service. He told me I could not shop there. As a provider of customer service myself, he could have easily remedied this by offering options that are provided. He could have asked what I needed and processed the order online and delivered to me OR better yet, provided a paper mask for their policy. If you require a mask, have them available. Like I said, I had one but had literally pulled it out of my pocket and one of the bands had broken. I told him, I'll never shop at AutoZone again. He said, great, have a nice day. I went 2 blocks down to O'Reilly and had ZERO issues, they were very understanding. I practiced social distancing etc.

Says they are open until 9p, had to jump the car to bring a dead battery there and the doors are locked at 6:15p. No sign or explanation, 2 cars in the lot and no one to help. Would give 0 stars if possible. Having to call a friend to jump again and go down the street to o rieleys. If they close at 6 just post the correct hours.

Auto Zone is a great place when I need random parts for my pick-up, like windshield wipers for instance. I like that they will come outside and help me install whatever I'm there for at that time. They go above and beyond.

Stopped in to get some fuel injection cleaner. It was 9am in the morning when I was here so there was one worker and three customers. Two in the store and one on the phone, so what should have been a quick stop took 5 minutes. No problems with this location

Searched online for a while looking for Mopar coolant. Ended up calling this store and spoke to Todd. Asked specifically for the name brand I was looking for and he told me yes, he had it, only two left. Asked again before I hung up if it was "MOPAR" and he said yes. Drove directly to store to find he totally lied to me - it was not "MOPAR"! Sick and tired of of this nonsense!

The service was excellent. Went in to have battery tested. Gentleman tested battery. Discovered I only needed to clean the battery terminal. He did not attempt to up-sell me at all.

Just went by the store to get my wife s car battery checked at 7:30 pm. Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Awesome service!

Friendly staff great prices. Store just needs a bit of a cleaning. I don't even work on cars but I somehow left the store with grease on my hands.

Very helpful very courteous and very knowledgeable they're really good at what they do and they are really helpful they help me fix my car several times and ran it through the scanner machine several times as well best place in town to get Auto Parts I would recommend them to anyone

Mediocre to the EXTREME. This place is actually the cause of my not having a vehicle for the past 2 months. It is because of their substandard service and refusal to answer any of my questions about my vehicles strange issues, I know nothing about Vehicles. Just for an example I ask and older gentleman that works there if he would please come out and take a look at my car and give me his expert opinion being that he works at an auto parts store!!! I mean hello!!??!!! And once we got to my vehicle and I popped the hood that's about as far as we got because he refused to look at the fluids first and foremost which was totally weird, he told me actually verbatim that he was not allowed to check fluids!! But in all actuality anyone that over the age of 2 and with a brain of any size would know that's exactly what his job description and Tails exactly. I almost laughed in his face when he said this, but little did I know my car would throw a rod a week or so later. I am extremely dissatisfied and disheartened by my experience at this particular AutoZone, I bet if corporate knew about this they would totally "throw a rod!!!" And actually I think I'm going to let them know about my little experience and how strange and screwed up it really was!!!!

Great service and staff. They just need to carry 0w-20 extended performance in 5 quarts and it would be perfect.
