The guy name is TAI !Who works there or is the owner !?! Is a scam artist !He took me for 722.00 dollars and didn't fixed the job on the fuel tank ! on my 2006 mustang ! Still having problems the very get go ! Should have not pay him until it I test ride my vehicle! Know better next time ! Battery was dead and check engine was on !!! That was the RED FLAG!!! TRIED TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT THAT ! BUT HE ALREADY GOT MY MONEY !!!! BAD BUSINESS!!! Going to the COURT HOUSE

I had my vehicle parked at Pro Tech Car Care in Port Allen, LA to get worked on. My brother drove it onto the side of the building where all of the vehicles waiting to be repaired are parked (which is on the side of the building) on Sunday, June 14th, 2020 during the night (because the business was closed). I called the next morning, Monday, June 15 and spoke to the owner letting him know that I needed it to be worked on. He said that he needed the keys which I bought to him later that day. He said that he would look at my vehicle the next morning, Tuesday June 16th and then call and give me estimates on what it would cost me to fix it. I had also went to a Auto Zone to price a part and had them call him to ask for information about my vehicle to be able to get the part. He had to go and look at my vehicle at that time so I know for sure that he had looked at my vehicle multiple times. I went back there on Monday evening to get some items from my vehicle and speak to the owner. He told me that he would supply the parts I needed to save me from having to go around and find it. I agreed that would be fine and that I would wait on his call the next morning. At that time, there was no damage on my vehicle. On the morning of Tuesday, June 16th, at about 10, I gave the owner a call checking in on an update of my vehicle. He told me that he hadn't gotten a chance to look at it and that he would call me when he did. Fast forward to about 2:30 pm, I received a call from him telling me that someone tried to break into my vehicle. After my vehicle was parked there for over 48 hours, the shop owner told me that his security cameras that were pointed directly at my vehicle and showing on the screen from inside are not recording and that my vehicle was actually parked on a city line and the property it was parked on doesn't belong to him. All of the other vehicles are parked in the same area. There is damage to the passenger side headlight area that looks like something hit it and blue paint rubbed off on it. On the driver's side door, there is damage that appears to be made from someone breaking in but after speaking to 2 different car repair shops, I now know that it couldn't have been made from someone trying to pry the door open because the door had to be open when the damage was made. If the damage was made when the door was closed, there would have been damage on the door next to my driver's door from using that door as leverage to pry open my driver's door. That puts the shop at fault because my vehicle was locked and nothing was stolen from it. The shop owner had my keys in his possession. He has refused to give up his insurance information. Since that date the officer responding to the call I placed on the 16th of June called me back with an update on my claim. He told me that my vehicle was indeed parked on the property of Pro Tech Car Care (which he verified with the West Baton Rouge Parish Tax Assessor) and also that the lifts that are used to pick up the vehicles at the shop are blue, which matched the color seen on the damage of the passenger side headlight area of my vehicle.

The Best Mechanic ever I really needed my car and they made sure I got it back up and running they found me a motor put it in they put in a catalacconverta word spelled wrong you know what I'm talking about put new head lights new battery my car works like I just bought it from dealer.Ship

The team got me in after my 2 minute phone call.. took me in immediately and fix my car.. they answered my questions and even gave me suggestions.. I stopped in from out of town and will return if I need any more assistance when I pass through Baton rouge.. 5 stars!!!!

Incredibly awful customer service.One of the owners was as rude as he could be and extremely shady. Could not get off of the phone because he was in a screaming match with Jerry who he kept swearing to that he didn t screw him over.Illegally selling vehicles. Tried to sale one without a bill of sale, had not signed the title from previous owner.Never go here.
