So, I came in yesterday to have my check engine checked out because my emissions light came on. The guy who tried to check it yesterday said nothing was coming up so come back tomorrow. So I came back this morning and a lady helped me. She followed me to my car and proceeded to tell me that because of Covid I would have to essentially find and connect the machine myself because they aren t allowed to because of Covid. Mind you she didn t have on a mask nor was she keeping a 6 foot distance from me but I had to suddenly do her job. So Covid protocols are selective in nature because no other precautions were taken at all. Mind you the guy who assisted me yesterday didn t say anything like that he assisted me. If I wanted to do her job I would have applied to work here. If no stars was an option I would have left 0. A complete lack of service.

Purchased windshield wipers and the customer assistant who assisted me with purchase installed them also. She was very professional and courteous!

They were very helpful in resolving my problem, a broken tail light bulb. I didnt have any tools with me. Their employee changed the bulb with no problems. It's nice knowing there are people who still help others. Thank you.... Scott H.

Staff is usually very helpful here. Although they seem to have new people every so often, they also have a few who have been here and they are the best. Shout out to Mrs. Marva (driver)!

The service and cleanliness of this location is phenomenal. I will not go to another location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are THE BEST

Rudest people ! AutoZone didn't have what we needed, we're 16 hours away from home and O'Reilly's had it in stock. Our vehicle wasn't running so an employee from Autozone took my husband over there to get the part and they wouldn't sell my husband the part because they thought he was trying to buy it for an AutoZone employee?! Just unbelievable!

On a trip from Texas to Florida and started losing electric power in my truck. GREAT STAFF helped me and my wife by loaning us tools and having the parts we needed to get back on the road.
