We needed a tow truck on a Sunday. They responded quickly and gave us a good price. The driver was friendly and worked quick. He took good care of our car and delivered it to the mechanic for us.

Needed our semi towed. Was told an hour. A little over 2 hours later truck pulled up. No biggie. In the process of hooking up... the tow driver didn't look to make sure the metal shield under the engine was clear of the bar that pulls the semi closer to the tow truck. As he pulled the truck in .... crunch! You could hear that! He blamed that on us. Said no trucks have those and we must have installed it. Nope! As we are driving to the repair shop the tow truck driver was on his phone more then not. Including texting and looking at pics someone sent him of a dog. Then as we are pulling into the Volvo shop he did not make a wide enough turn and was about to hit the curb with our trailer. He knew he was going to hit. Instead of readjusting and going wider he continued on with his phone conversation and knowingly smashed our belly boxes and scraped them all along the curb. Tires are all gouged. Deck to trailer is bent. Vatwalk is damaged from the tralier hitting it. We point everything out to him. I called the tow company. Call center gal I spoke to had the owner call me. Explained everything to her. She said damage caused by pulling in would be on Volvo shop. WHAT! Asked driver for insurance card...he doesn't have one. Asked owner for insurance card. She says she is sending someone over to the Volvo shop tomorrow to look at truck/trailer. She also agreed that damage caused by pulling into Volvo wouldn't be on them. I'm not sure how insurance works down south but typically if a driver causes damage the company/or their insurance carrier are responsible for the damage they cause! Owner also said that the driver has had a really rough/long day. Listen .... so have we!!! Needless to say ... at this point ... I'd never call this company for a tow....and we will see what tomorrow brings. Driver acknowledges damage he caused but since he doesn't think it's a big deal ... who cares. Well at the cost of $957 to be towed 7.25 miles .... I CARE! The cost of the damages will be well over that.Update .... owner was supposed to call me in the morning today for arrival time of whoever she was sending put this morning and with their insurance card. I have heard nothing from her!!! Called tow company ... they say she is busy with payroll today and would leave her a msg. Very unprofessional business with no care for the damage they have caused.Seriously stay away from this company!!!!

Very professional business tow truck showed up on time both times I use them twice I have not had any issues. The drivers were very nice and polite. I would use them for any toe in the future that I may have and will suggest anyone needing a tow to use Louisiana Towing

Nobody likes having to get a tow, but these guys make it all worthwhile. Very quick and the attention to detail is exceptional! Definitely call these guys first! Very happy 5 star customer!

La Towing really stepped up and got us going. The dispatcher was great! The gentleman that came with the truck was thorough and considerate not to further damage or trailer! Really a nice guy.I felt like they were very expensive considering how easy it was to get the job done, but we were desperate and they were THERE . So overall I give them a 10! I appreciate the kindness and efficiency we were treated with.Service: Special vehicle towing

I got into my first real wreck a couple days ago, which obviously sucks although most of all I am thankful that everyone walked away ok.It s never easy to deal with auto issues and their aftermath: having to deal with insurance and then in my case shopping for an unplanned large purchase like a new vehicle. AND of course having your car towed for any purpose is isn t ever a fun experience either. But Candice is a doll and was so helpful, empathetic, and patient with me every time I had an issue or question, as needless to say I ve been overwhelmed and stressed out. Candice-and Sharon as well-thank y all both for taking good care of me at a not great moment in my life lol

Louisiana Towing did a great job. They referred me to several repair shops, one being "Down South Truck repair" in Baton Rouge when I broke down on I-10 near La Place LA. When it became clear that Down South truck repair was being predatory and was trying to take advantage of my breakdown situation, Louisiana Towing showed up quickly and provided helpful, economical, and friendly professional service to get me to a better repair location.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling

The service was amazing from the first call to the last. Mr.Mike called and said I ll be there in 20 minutes and he was there in 20 min. He made my son and I comfortable yeh whole ride. Also Keon is also amazing love you boo. I will definitely call them first next time I need to

The dispatcher Candace was a very respectful and friendly person she was great at answering our questions. We did speak to a different lady but didn t have quite the same experience as with Miss Candace.Their services were great they got out truck towed with ease and had no issues of transport. Will Highly consider using them again and will recommend them for their awesome services.

I cannot even thank Ms. Candace enough for how extremely helpful she has been throughout this process! I was stranded an hour away from home and unfortunately had to leave my vehicle over night on the side of the road due to a blown tire & no spare. I spoke with Candace and due to her going above and beyond she truly helped take so much stress off of me. From sharing a life motto she lives by to doing research on the USAA website for me to even calling different repair shops regarding locking lugs, she certainly did more than I could have ever asked. She and I spoke numerous times on the phone throughout the day just trying to figure out the easiest and cheapest option. I was provided many updates on the tow trucks ETA and was even given a call to be informed the tow truck was held up but would be on the way. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this company for saving the day, but especially Candace! Candace has truthfully been the only good thing about this entire horrible situation. This is a company I will certainly be returning to should I ever need! Along with returning, I will definitely recommend!

These people bent over backwards today to get a car out of an industrial facility. Big Mike, the driver, was courteous and efficient. The Dispatch, Ms. Candace was sweet, thorough and worked hard to help. I can't recommend this place enough. They really did a great job for us today.

Can't say how happy I am that Mr. Mike came to the rescue. Got a flat in my Tesla and didn't know what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the whole process if I ever have towing needs they will be the first I call.

Louisiana Towing was extremely professional, courteous, extremely friendly and attentive to our needs! We called them 25 minutes before closing and they immediately took the make, model and all other details pertaining to our vehicle in order to provide the exact needs for towing our truck (2014 f150 4x4). They brought the correct tow-truck and provided transportation for four adults.We are from Texas and we couldn t ask for a more small town warm family interaction!Thank you so much to everyone at Louisiana Towing!!! A leaf spring had broken on my 16 ft. dump trailer which disabled it. I called dispatch that gave me a quote & ETA of 45 minutes and driver was there in less than that time. Both dispatch & driver was very nice and courteous. Driver did an excellent job at towing my trailer back home. I highly recommend this company for all of their services that is needed. I will definitely use them again.

I was upset about my car not starting. When the tow truck arrived, the driver greeted my family politely, then turned to me (wearing a Santa hat-it was dec 23) and asked how are YOU ma am and it was so nice and genuine that it brought me to tears. Very kind people. The office personnel were equally sweet and committed to getting the car towed as quickly as possible. Communication was excellent as they texted and called for confirmation as needed.Service: Car towing
