Went in for a possible weight shift in my tire. I ended up needing 2 new tires and 2 new pieces for my tires and I ended up sitting in the shop for about 4 hours. All that being said, I had a great customer service experience. They validated and explained all my concerns with a willingness to do so. They didn't treat me any differently as a female who knows the basic knowledge of cars and still had many questions. I appreciate the kindness and respect I was shown. I also appreciate the safe environment that they create at their shop. Overall 10/10 experience.

Great Customer Service! I called one evening needing some assistance and they told me come on in, my kid was a little loud but they never made me feel uncomfortable about it. I definitely would recommend coming here. They were able to fix my issue and actually had my tire in Stock!

Very friendly and professional service. I was a walk-in with an oil leak. They made time to inspect my vehicle to find the problem and give me a quote. They fixed my vehicle quickly. The guy working the front desk, Tyler I think, was one of the most professional Customer Service people I ve experienced in a while. I couldn t be happier with this crew.

Tyler took care of me, stayed late to make sure I could get to my truck before they closed for the weekend and never made me feel guilty or bad for running behind. Treated me with upmost respect and care! Definitely somebody I would want representing my company or store!

Chabill s always takes good care of my car. Unlike some shops I ve been to, They do a full inspection on your car, they give you a detail list on things that should be taken care of so you can stay on the road. I m definitely a forever customer

I felt like they didn't want to work on my vehicle because they wouldn't make enough money . They had told me how much someone else's problem was and I had stated it was expensive. They kept if over night and then called and told me they didn't have the right equipment to do the job.

The Team at the Port Allen Location was able to figure out my issue which was a lose shock and fixed it for me along with a front end alignment which they finished in a timely manner.This was my 2nd time using these guys and they are batting 1000....If you looking for a group to be honest with you give them a call....Great service Friendly and not trying to ROB you....Thanks will be back if I have any other problems with any of my ....

you need to replace wheels stud after every visit, they damage 3 of my studs, and they charge almost $100 to replace one, i don't recommend this place,

Traveling for Christmas and these guys were like Santa s elves helped us out and figured out our issue and then didn t even let us pay them. Issue wasn t urgent and told us how to manage the issue till we got home.

Customer service guy was being berated by his boss in an area where customers could hear the conversation. They should take care of that business behind closed doors. It was my first time trying to get some tires for a costumer broke down on the road, they don't just sale tires to carry out they have to install them, that doesn't help us in some cases that do break down road side assistance.

Had 2 great experiences now- one with my wife s car, and one with my truck. The manager, Craig, went above and beyond in both situations to make it very easy on me. Great group of guys working there also. They have my business from here forward.I am editing this post almost a year later and I m here to say that Chabill s is still taking care of me. They troubleshooted a problem that ended up not being tire related and did not charge me a penny! Beyond happy with them! A+ service and customer careI am editing once again to leave another great review. I m still very happy with the customer service and mechanical service. I have nothing but good things to say about Chabill s. This time they changed out both headlights, break job, oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job on all of them. Thanks again Chabill sAnother great experience with Chabill s. New tires on my wife s car this time. Always easy to deal with Craig and company.Another great review for Craig and Todd. Update: it was a software problem. The TPMS system had to be recalibrated, which the Port Allen location did without any further trouble. Original review: TPMS malfunction woes . . waiting to see what they do . . . bought tires in May 2021, brought in for road hazard repair on one yesterday. Had run over a screw that needed to be patched. The first patch did not hold, and the tire was almost on the rim when we returned home. To their credit, they sent a truck out to my house, confirmed their patch was leaking, and returned and replaced the tire at my house, after hours. However this morning the TPMS Malfunction light is on . . not the low tire pressure telltale. This indicates the TPMS system is not operating properly, and may not be able to detect low tire pressure as intended. Unsure if whomever applied the first leaky patch also damaged the sensor, but it's Saturday morning, and I have to wait until Monday for them to contact me. I'll revise the rating pending their response.

Terrible. Misdiagnosed an issue with my wife's vehicle. Changed a lot of parts that did not correct the issue. When my wife informed the technician what the vehicle was doing and what she read on Google the tech responded with ok because Google is always correct and giggled. $2,300 and 2 days later the issue is still not resolved and now I have to pay another mechanic to actually diagnose and correct the issue.

Excellent Customer Service! However, I was a little shocked by the price. I know the prices of everything have gone way up, but I was caught a little off guard.
