First off I don t normally give 5 stars for reviews cause you can always improve. With me going to this place over the years I have to say they really can t improve much more in my book cause they are perfect. Numerous times I have gone to this place with different issues and every time they were looking out for me and my wallet. Just today I went cause I needed an oil change and had a bad wobble in my steering wheel. I thought it was something and the guy behind the counter thought it could be something different. They always offer to check to see if it s what they think it is free of charge and then correct it if that s the case. Of course I was wrong he was right and the problem was fixed without me spending money on something I didn t need. This is just one scenario where they didn t do services that wasn t required where they could have just to make extra money. If I would have went to a dealership with my issue I probably would have been thousands of dollars in the hole for a simple fix lol. Also they always get me in and out within 30 mins for oil change & tires being done. If you just getting an oil change only you shouldn t even sit down cause as soon as you do you ll be standing back up to receive your keys. I just really appreciate this business for their honesty and loyalty to their customers. It s rare these days to find a place of business like that. Most businesses just wanna bleed you dry. Would like to say thanks to owner and all the employees there for what they do.Also I see a lot of mechanics on these reviews giving their negative thoughts but my thing is .. if you already knew what was wrong and knew how it needed to be done with cost and all. Why did you bring your vehicle to be serviced? From the sound of it y all had it handled why waste the money?

I got my oil & filter changed. They checked my other filters, i love their drive thru car wash, & i have gotten new wiper blades. Everything the folks there do is great quality work, they're all friendly, & kind. I recommend this business highly. I prefer to get my inspection stickers there as well. All the staff make it easy & a pleasure to have my automotive needs taken care of.

If you have something other than a steel rim, I wouldn't recommend their tire services. I went in for a rotate and balance and they scratched up my rims and basically told me, oh well.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at the Carwash Depot. Buying tires there and getting an oil/filter change is fine. But, when it comes to a tuneup or any other services under the hood, you may want to check out other car repair shops before committing to this one.

Hands down the best car repair facility in the Ponchatoula/Hammond. Mr. Richard and his staff are some of the best mechanics I have every use. They are 100% honest and have never changes a part I did not need changed. They are fast, reliable, thorough, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed.Oh, I forgot to mention they also provide 1 and 2 year inspection stickers. They have a dedicated inspection expert so you do not have to wait behind everyone getting their car repaired.As a side note, if you get there and they are busy, its because they are the best! Be patient and you will be more than satisfied with their work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Do not bring your car here. these people are dumb and slow and don't move with any urgency whatsoever. I brought my trailer tire here cause I blew it out they told me it would cost $120 plus fees to fix what should be a $50 tire .They told me it would take 45 minutes and after an hour and a 1/2 went by they still hadn't started on my tire. I had also lost a lug nut on the side of the interstate so I gave one of the other ones to the attendant at the counter to see if they had another 1 that I could purchase not only did he give me the wrong size but he didn't give me back my original lug nut and instead gave me a different one. I would sooner trust my car to a group of 6 year olds using Fisher price tools then take it here ever again save yourself the headacheService: Tires

I took my gmc truck for brake job, got truck back brakes were not right, took back to shop, they looked at it I guess said nothing wrong, I had to get in truck and show them the issue, they laughed and said all vehicles do that, service manager. I disagree and will never use them !!!

Rick and the guys are THE BEST!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR TIRES!!!!!! I have outfitted two BMW s and a F150. Their knowledge and service are friendly, caring, and engaging!!!! They remember and care about their customers!!! I get my vehicles inspected there too!!!! I wouldn t go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Absolutely horrible, told me I needed a racking pin, and tie rods when all it needed was ball joints, absolutely hate this place, people don t know what there talking about, purposely loosened the upper control nut going into the spindal, and when asked to tighten they said they own touch because of liability issues, worst place to go, I d rather crash my truck into a tree before I go back here. Hate hate hate this place, spend the extra money and go somewhere worth it.Service: Wheel alignment

They have taken care of at least 4 of my cars and have done an excellent job no matter the make or model. The mechanics were really good about explaining the problems and not acting as if I might not understand. Also gave me a when to list on new cars, what needed to be done first and what could wait. I would recommend this shop!

They are always very nice at this place I go here every time to get my oil changed and they even check my fluids and tell me when they are low and if I need a new filter. Sometimes it does get a bit busy and it may take a few to get it done but they allow you to wait inside. And you get a free car wash with any oil change very nice.

I attempted to go here for an oil change, and knowing they wouldn't have the oil I use in my vehicle I brought my own. However, even though they don't have the oil I use they wouldn't change my oil with the oil I provided. I've heard my horror stories about this place, but figured they couldn't mess up an oil change which os the only reason I decoded to give then a chance. I wpd rather buy a new vehicle every oil change, than go back here

Definitely not top notch interior detail. For the price & the okay job that was done, I wouldn t recommend this place. The waiting area is hot (no ac? Not sure) & I was never greeted by anyone. I either do it myself or usually go to Blue Harbor in Mandeville. It s much nicer & you get more bang for your buck. Plus, there s a cool air conditioned place to sit while waiting with friendly service.

I m always cautious when trying a new mechanic because I ve been talked down to or flat out lied to because I m a woman . This is a great place. Honest, affordable and fast. I d say it s worth it to drive thirty minutes to use them. They were the only place to quote me reasonable prices for getting my suv fixed. Every other place I called over charged by at least two hundred.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I was once a faithful customer but I vowed to never ever return. I had a good used Honda with a sensitive hood latch. The hood just needed to be let down and then pressed on with the palm of your hand to get it to latch. I had been here many times before with it and never had a problem. The last time I went for a oil change I told this to 3 ppl and advised to just leave it and I'd close it. After waiting for awhile I went next door to buy a drink. I heard the guy slamming my hood down over and over. I had to come out and tell him to stop. By this time my latch was completely broken and I had to latch it down with a bungee cord. I attempted to speak to the owner about it and all he did was scream at me in front of everyone, call me a liar and tell me to leave. On my way home it had started to get dark so I tried to put my headlights on and they wouldn't come on and they worked fine that morning. Come to find out they were broke from the guy slamming the darn hood down over and over! I called to report this to the owner as well and he screamed at me, told me I was a damn liar and hung up on me. This place is horrible! I will never ever recommend it!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They charged my sister almost $800 to change her brakes and roters and do an oil change. Then tried to keep her vehicle all weekend and proceeded to tell her she needed more work done that was gonna cost her $2000 They are crooks here. Do NOT use them unless you want to be extremely overcharged.

Ladies for auto repairs, oil change, tires this is the place to go. Mechanics know what they are doing. Always, always friendly and helpful.Never have to return with same problem.They take time explaining everything.. Latest experience was September 14, 2020. Give then a chance, you won't regret it. 10.4.2019. Owner, Richard Tallo followed up with a phone call and assured me he will address situation with employee. Richard does deliver good customer service.I was disappointed with the customer service I received on 10.3.2019. I have moved on. I got an inspection sticker at a business on Hwy. 51 and a brake job estimate at a dealership. I wish your business the best.

I have to say that I won't be going backThe people were friendly but damaged my new car.I went for an oil change and they must have lost the screws and rather than let me know anything, they rigged it with tie straps, took my money and sent me on my way.One tie strap broke leaving the shield to drug the ground. I drive to NOLA every day. What if it caused an accident?What gets me is they didn't have the decency or common courtesy to tell me anything!

I have been using these guys for as long as they have been in Ponchatoula. They are consistently Friendly, Fast. and Fantastic in their service and knowledge. They take the time to explain what they are doing and your options for replacement or repair. Their prices are competitive and they can deal with all makes of autos and trucks, and their suppliers.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR AC!!!!! they will tell you a part Is definitely bad but to check it to be sure is $70 and after they check it and the part is actually working fine they still charge you for it and say we can check this but it will cost another $70. There just guessing. They have no one there to actually do the job right. I brought my wife's car spent $250 on fixing an account leak and refilling the system and they swore it was fixed and I had to come back the next day. They charged me to look at it even though they didn't fix it right away the first time. Zero warranty

I didn't even want to give this place one star! They are no doubt an awful company. They are way overpriced, rude, will lie to you, and don't even do a good job on your vehicle for the price. We were quoted a price for our oil change and told we would get a free car wash and vacuum and the filter was free. It was unfortunately an inconvenience for them to order the filter from O'Riely's right across the street and charged us then for the filter and car wash, but oh wait they gave us a small discount ha what a joke. They then overcharged us for the oil change after again quoting to us TWICE a cheaper price and yes tax was included on the quote. After they did their awful job they then surprised my husband with the price that was way higher than expected..I called to discuss my complaint and see if they could help me; however, all they could do was be terribly rude and cut me off. They can do no wrong and I know nothing because I am a female. Last time I will ever use them and I recommend everyone to go somewhere else.

Customer Appreciation Day was wonderful, definitely a "red carpet" experience. Workers were polite, smiling and interactive with the customers. They definitely have a good thing going. Nice VERY clean facility and ALL-IN-ONE stop. Drove here from Houma it was worth every mile!!!

These people could care less about you as a customer. This is my second encounter trying to do business with them. All they want is your money .Richard Tallo and Chris are the most unprofessional people that I have ever seen in a business.Very rude with no respect to the customers.

When I called the manager had the cashier take a message while he was standing right there instead of getting on the phone instead of dealing with the issue. So I drove up there and they refused to make a report or pay for damages to my windshield caused by the car wash.

The absolute best place to go for tires and a good Carwash.The work is professional and the people are very friendly and courteous. Go see Richard,Chris,Bobby,Robert,Percy,Big Slim,and the rest of them boys.Tell em'BIG ROB sent you.

I took my van to get my breaks checked and 5 hours later they call me saying my breaks were fine but alot more stuff is wrong....and nothing was wrong with my van before this becuz I have a mechanic that's been working on my car for years he was unavailable at the time so I went to carwash DEPO now my can won't drive....he will look at my van if he said it's been tampered with I will sue I have 5 kids this is not funny at all if u want money this is not the way to do it....and I will be calling the BBB and I will get pictures Monday....Service: Brakes

I gave them two stars because the car wash is pretty decent. However I would avoid getting fuel here as they always jack up the price at least $.15 more than everybody else.
