Very reasonable and fair with prices. Finished installing new windshield in a few hours and was able to take a last minute(one day notice) appointment. Would definitely use again.

We used Sherman s because they are a local business and had the most reasonable prices. The delivery of my windshield caused a crack and they were able to over-night a new windshield. For my inconvenience they gave me a discount and took really great care of me. Happy with their service and my husband is already scheduling to have his truck done. Used to be great place. I have dealt with Sherman's for years. Will not go back. Worker was either to lazy to walk outside or didn't check windshield properly. I'm writing this review a little late but meant to do this a while back. Mr. Sherman is a very nice man and a very good business man to do business with. I knew him from when me and David used to work down the street at TJ's liquor store. He replaced my windshield on my old Dodge Dakota and had it replaced within a day after I placed the order at his shop at Ponchatoula. He did very good work and my windshield has been holding up with no problems and no leaks for some time now. I send anybody I can his way because he charges a very fair price and he also puts a good inspection sticker on there as long as you don't have any major problems with your vehicle. He will let you know if you have any issues that need to be fixed prior to inspecting it, and he makes sure everything looks good. Most affordable and convenient in my area. Just make sure you inspect the work before you leave. I ruined new wiper blades because they did not replace my wiper arms properly, causing my blades to collide with one another

So far no issues with my widow. They had my car almost all day and I had to call them to see if it was ready 1hr before they closed. It was...I was quoted a price before I made an appointment. I also was told they didn't do the inspection sticker there because "people try to get over". But in fact, they absolutely do! When it was time to pay, I was told a higher price. Then waited for the lady in the front to confirm the correct price. While waiting this other woman came to the front and her along with the other lady started giving each other prices but acted as if it wasn't about my car. Finally a man came to the front and told me that when I dropped I dropped my keys off, he didn't give me a price. I told him he's right. I got a quote over the phone. After that, they attempted to charge more again. I asked why and they said its because I'm paying with a debt card which means they charge more I asked why wasn't this statement especially after they asked if I've been there before but no real reason was given. They told me they would take the payment without the extra. Extra was around $10.

I ve been on a waiting list for a window replacement since April! When I filled out the initial paperwork I was told it would be three weeks . not six months! No one has contacted me. Every time I call or go there they are not able to offer me ANY information as to when I can expect services. Horrible customer service.

First I got my back glass replaced by them and they left broken pieces of glass all in my backseat I called up and they offered to change my windshield for free so I did I went back they changed my windshield and now my windshield is whistling when I go down the road they did a horrible job at installation and clean up and not only that I waited 3 1/2 hours to get my windshield changed i do not recommend this place to anyone andfirst of all you only had one person that was Blake test drive my vehicle and he said he didn t hear anything but it was also storming raining so of course he didn t and you re totally right I will fix it myself because it s not worth ever going back there you should have offered the foam test the first time I said it was whistling do you think I have time to just take my truck back to y all and me make up the whistling..!!! if y all installed it right the first time I wouldn t have the whistling and I don t care how long you have been open for business that s because y all are the only place in the area and people just deal with it because they need a glass but your workers are old guys and have poor workmanship so maybe it s time to hire some young blood have a blessed day (HORRIBLE GLASS SHOP)Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation

Customer service is great. I went here for a rock chip repair. Instead of just doing the job and taking my money, George looked at the chip and gave me a few options. It s so rare to not value the profit over customer satisfaction. Definitely the best place in Ponchatoula.

Great prices with fast quality work. Rear glass for truck was ordered and installed within 24 hours of calling for quote. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing fast reliable auto glass repair/replacement.

Always so friendly, litterally the most convenient glass company i have ever used. I get 2-4 windshields a year i started useing Sherman's last year, I am not on my 3 piece of glass from them. I couldn't be happier with the service

Very friendly staff, and take pride in their work. I called because I needed some sheets of glass trimmed, and on one of them I even chipped it. He was able to take care of everything and even gave me the heads up before he started that if it was a certain type of glass it could possibly shatter in trying to cut. I stated that was okay and he took care of everything, best of all he didn't even charge me since it was only 3 pieces. I would gladly deal with in the future.

Went for a small chip and after they supposedly repaired it it spread 10 mins after leaving. Called and was told they would take the 50 off replacement. Oldest trick in the book. Took to my regular glass repair place and they fixed it and it looks like there was never a chip to begin with. Company has lost its way. If you have broken windows in your home, they will give you dates someone will go look then never follow up. Even after speaking to the owner on the matter, nothing improves. Unfortunately there are no other glass competitors in their area so we are stuck with broken windows in home. Their listed services should say "auto work in shop only".False advertisement on web site: "Whether you require products for new construction, remodeling, or repair service, Sherman's Glass offers a full line of products and services to the home owner or contractor."Another web site excerpt: "At Sherman's Glass, we realize that we will be judged by final results."The verdict: Don't do business with this company. They are obviously too busy or complacent to serve Ponchatoula well.

Took a week to get a quote. When you have a broken window a week for a quote is excessive. I went to JR'S windows same-day quote and fixed 2 days later.
