I received really great customer service; he accepted me although it was COB when I arrived and made sure he put a good used tire on my car so I wouldn't get stranded. He did not rush or do a substandard job- was more concerned about me making it safely to my destination. Thank you very much.

I won't buy tires from anywhere else !You get service fast and everyone there is courteous and very knowledgeable.I went to buy just a front tire that was bad, and the owner checked all of them for me and found that one of my back tires, unbeknown to me, had wires hanging out of it on the backside of the tire. It could have blown out at any minute and may have caused us to wreck. He also got down and looked at my front end and let me know that I needed to get someone to check the front end alignment , because it was wearing my tires out prematurely . I give them 5 stars for being extremely professional, and going above and beyond, in the service they provide !

Everyone else wanted almost as much as a new tire for a used one but they were the cheapest around. I spent 3 hrs on the phone and finally caught a break calling Royal Tire! Great service, friendly and professional. Recommend them to all. Don't waste your time with all the other vultures. Shop here for your tires. It'll be worth your time.

This place does not deserve any rating. I went there Friday afternoon, a back tire had been losing air pressure for a week or so. The owner took off my tire and there was a bald spot In middle of tire. He quoted me a price of 135.00 for a new tire which I did not want to replace just one tire. He told me he could sell me a used tire for 45.00. I watched a worker put a patch on a used tire that was on the rim , as I watched him I did not realize this was going to be my tire. The employee put the tire on my car and when I looked at it the tire was bald and you could tell it was dangerous to drive. I had already paid him for the tire and asked for my money back so I could go purchase a new tire. He refused to refund my money. While I was there 3 cars drove up after me, all male drivers and they were all serviced before me. This shop owner sold me a dangerous tire even after I told him I commute to work, gave priority to all his male customers.

I had a blowout on a Saturday on interstate 55 and Walmart had a 2 hour wait so I call this tire shop at 12pm they asked my tire size and assured me they had a brand new tire for my car once I got the tire off an brought it to them within less than 20 mins they had the tires switched out an I was back rolling, the worker Victor was really nice with great hospitality I highly recommend this tire shop

Service was EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had two tires replaced and I was able to stay in my vehicle while they changed them and it took less than thirty minutes! I highly recommend this shop for auto services.

My wife and I are new to Ponchatoula and needed to have a set of tires mounted on our vehicle. I found Royal Tires and went by to see if they could do it, the young man said no problem and quoted me a very fair price. Went home and got my little trailer with the tires on it and went back. He unhooked the trailer for me and had me pull in the shop and they went right to work on it! My wife and I played with the shop guard cat while they worked! All in all I would give these guys a 10 star rating if I could! They have our business and our sons business , give them a shot, you'll be glad you did!

Well I must say Royal Tires was a very pleasant surprise. I lost my home for the 2nd time in 10 years due to Hurricane Ida. Thank God my sister who lives in Ponchatoula welcomed myself, my son and his girlfriend. I have been running back and forth to LaPlace and as per with rebuilding, roofing nails and trash are everywhere. I saw what looked like a small nail in my tire. Not wanting to be stuck on I55 with a flat I hit google. I found Royal which was close and had great reviews. I explained that I had a rescue dog who had been abused and would be in my van. The gentleman told me she could stay in the car. I made a beeline there. I generally buy used tires because of limited funds and I generally drive less than 2,000 miles a year. The expense of front end tweaking and new tires was cost prohibitive. Well true to their word my dog was allowed to watch me from inside. The man took off my tire with what turned out to be a small wire which hadn t punctured the tire. He checked to see that no air leaked. He looked around at all tires and suggested moving the two best to the front. He said I could go a bit longer with the tread I had. He checked all pressures (a few were very high) and I was set to go for a few more months. Then I asked what was the bill and he said nothing. Don t worry about it . I said really? No problem; good luck. Now because of Ida I have seen some ugly things. Prices on gas going nuts. Stores charging shameful prices because they can. People fighting in gas lines. And now Royal Tires. A decent business with decent people who care enough to give someone a break when it is really needed. I appreciated the kindness to no end and I surely will pay this kindness forward. Royal Tires. Please give these decent people your business. I can vouch for them.

I came here to get a flat repaired, after the repair and the tech gave me back my wheel unbalanced. I showed him where the tech marked the tire to keep it zeroed (my clamp on balance weights were removed). I asked him to balance the tire and he accused me of trying to get a free balance . This is after I payed the 35 bucks for the flat repair.Its common practice to balance out a tire after patch and plug. Who in the hell gives a coustomer back an unbalanced tire with zero weights In all id rate this buisness 1/3 of a star. Customer service is non existent

I've bought multiple tires from the shop I was happy until I asked about The warranty on one And I was told they don't sell that brand which Was a lie

Tread peeled off tire almost off the interstate. Came to this place to purchase a new one. We bought a used tire for a very good price. They put it on our rim and allowed my husband to switch out tires in their parking lot. Worker even went out his way to bring put his impact drill to help husband change tires. Thank you.

Been here 3 times. There was a problem 1 time that cost me some money out of pocket. But I gave them another chance and the job was done right so I've changed it from 1 star to 3 stars.

They do good work but like to charge for their work on used tires u buy from them... I bought a tire and the next day the charged me 20 more to fix it when the tire didn't last a day
