I really like this place this is one of the best O'Reilly Auto parts stores that have that I have been to miss Vicki is always there to help and she is very knowledgeable on different things that I've came there for. They have almost everything that I need every time I go it has been a good experience to the point that is the only one that I go to because I know Miss Vicky is always going to be there and she is always going to help out thank you Miss Vicky and thank you or Riley's Auto parts

Great Automotive parts Store to Shop at GREAT PRICES ..they have AWESOME EMPLOYEES WORKING their! The EMPLOYEES try their BEST to HELP SOLVE your problems and get the correct part that you need to get your vehicle running!! The Employees there aren't there to just click a few buttons and take your money's and send you on your way!! They really care about their customers needs !!.. thank you O'Reilly's

Itd clean, Its easy, people are friendly, if they don't got it they can get it. Whats not to love.I recommend trying the oriellys products. Been useing them for years with no problems.

I purchased this soldering iron and it worked 2 times, just enough for me to use the very small little coil of solder that came with it. It was maybe 6 inches long if stretched out. When I went to use it the 3rd time only 2 days after purchasing it, the iron wouldn't get hot anymore. I used fresh batteries also but couldn't get it to work. Since it has 1year warranty on front of the package and it was not abused and clearly something broke inside the item, I went to return it with the original packaging and receipt. I explained the problem and the employee started examining the package very slowly from all angles and periodically lookedat me as if to examine me also as he questions my explanation as he acted like he didn't want to refund the purchase. He says"It got hot because the tip is colored" as he points to it. "Yes it worked twice" I said again. "Where's the solder it came with?" As he points to the word on the package. By now ptsd and ied is taking over my thoughts and I said I think I left it on my desk, I didn't remember that I used the tiny example it had with it. "Well see if you can find it and come back" he said. Now I live 30 mins from the store and I wasn't able to return the product bc the 6 inches of solder wasn't in the package. It has a 1 year warranty and I don't think that using the bonus solder should void the warranty and prevent refund of a defective item.

Stopped in to purchase a battery to have a young male sales associate he did not like to install a new battery in to a Chev Silverado and he refused to sell me a battery to be installedNeedless to speak of I rode down the street to Auto Zone and they sold me battery cheaper than Oreilly s to do a complete install in a 15 minute install.Good bye Oreilly s as a good attitude along with good service is a must to operate a profitable long term business

I didn t get his name but one of the employees there went above and beyond to help me. My car had a flat and we had to get a lug nut removal tool to get it off. Finally found one then needed a impact to get it off no one had one. This employee went and got his personal impact and Jack to help us get the tire off. Without his help we would of been stranded till the next day when stores opened up. Thank you so much to this employee.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful .I love the fact that women know just as much about automotive parts as the men that work there. I buy all of my oil change stuff here.I also bought a few tools that have lifetime warranty and one broke ,and they were happy to replace it a year later

New beautiful store, customer service is horrible, pickup in store is non functional, and just to add, no face mask by any employee. three strikes in one visit. p.s. don't waste your time calling 1-800 Customer Service, you will wait all day with no results.

I'm not really the automotive guy...far from it. I can't hear the nuances as a car's engine turns over or a piston isn't firing (if indeed they fire). I know what a spark plug is, but I have no idea where it goes! Basically, I know how to fill a car with gas, check the tires for air, and add oil.While walking into an auto parts store can be intimidating, not to mention overwhelming, but O'Reilly' makes it less so.I have always received great service. The clerks take time to understand what is trying to be conveyed, looking up solutions, and explaining what to do with the part.

They people who.work there is very sweet , especially one older man, Mr.Luke. he will help you with any thing he can, I went and he help me where no one would at Auto Zone. But Mr.Luke help me and he know what part i needed when i didnt even really know what it was called or what it was for. So yes thank you mr.Luke.

Went in to check if lawnmower batteries were still good or not. Waited over 25mins in line when I finally was helped. Worker hooked batteries up & told me he could not tell if batteries were good are not bc they only had little charge. ??Shouldnt you be able to tell either way with their equipment??Wasted hour of my time & had to lug the 2 batteries back into my vehicle. At least I was not charged for this service.

Bought 2 remanufactured alternators, both bad. I understand that it wasn't the employees' fault but the uncaring attitude was unacceptable. Will not be back.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Like crossing a state line the difference between Hammond & Ponchatoula. The Ponchy store is awesome. Maybe a longer drive but... south is MY STORE!

Had a lifetime warranty on a opti spark went thru 3 that Ross downing purchased for me and they crapped out on me went gm instead and got stuck with a opti spark I don't need frm you guys

Best people ever.went to auto zone 1st..they did Nothing to help me..sent me on my way.. Came here and the guy that looks just like vin diesel helped me to re thread my ball joint on my knuckle ..he was great.,ill never use auto zone again...#autozonestrike ...o reily for life
