About to file a lawsuit for using a zip tie on a part on my pregnant daughters Lexus. Sad part is we personally know the owner and his father who owned it before him. He just didn't realize it was us because its been 4 yrs ago since they've seen any of us. I even bought a car from him 4 yrs ago and it lasted a couple years. Beyond mad. Small claims court it is if he doesn't fix this and fix it right. 500 something later for a zip tie her unborn child could have done in the womb. Crying shame. Knowing good and well he wouldn't do that to his pregnant wifes vehicle. Used to be a good place and one I recommened not anymore tho.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. My car needed new front cv axles. We had the new part already, came in a kit. Fiance fixed driver side no problem. He goes to fix the passenger side and he can't get the old cv axle out. So we bring it here with the new part and ask him to get the old one out and replace it. He calls us saying it's the wrong part. Ok well we find that's strange since the driver side fit no problem, but ok fair anough. Afterwords, we found that the CV axle he got from autozone was the same as the one we supplied. Im guessing he said that the CV axle was wrong so he could buy the part and upcharge us. Now we have an extra cv axle we can't return because it came in a kit. Then Timmy informed us after the repair was supposably complete that he only replaced the broken part of the axle (didn't get the part that was stuck inside which was the whole reason we brought it there!) So $500 down the drain for something fiance could have easily done but he wanted it done right. Last night fiance is looking under the car at Timmys work and finds out he used a zip tie to hold the boot! We all know a zip tie isn't going to last, it's plastic! So once that goes out the boot will come loose. Keep in mind I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant! Is he going to be responsible if I get in a car wreck bc my cv axle comes out?

I bought a car from the owner of this tire shop and I didn't even get the car in my driveway when it started running hot. I begged the man I let him know that I was a single mother of three he didn't even care. I was out $2,600.00 dollars ( all I had ) and still no way of going back and forth to work. This man stepped on my family all in the name of a greed. The car had a crack in the block. I hope that one day when he finds himself and his family on bad times that he looks back and remembers how he did me. I would not buy anything from him ever agian. He is a crook!
