Highly do not recommend! Especially if you re a minority. But most of their services are through speed trap towns. I was on my way to get my vehicle, called the clerk to let her know I would show up at a particular time, she assured me she would be there because I was driving 2 hours away. She intentionally left at that time knowing I was driving in. A waste of trip.

I went to Dixie towing with a daughter to get her car first of all they had to jump the car off . It hasn't needed jumped off since she has had it.2nthe jacked the price up to get her car. 3. It stoped running and so I called Dixie to come help me sence I just left there ,I told her that i was 64 years old and dixie couldn'tleave me sitting on the side of the road.mrs dixie towing told me she couldnt help me and hung up on me. I recommend another towing company.

Very rude people I called about some information and they got an attitude and raised the price they previously told me it was. Highly recommend anywhere else instead of them. Horrible people.

Dixie Towing has friendly people with fast, dependable service even after hours. If your car leaves you stranded, call Dixie. Don't wait on your insurance to send someone from another town.

My car was towed here after I was injured in a wreck. They have been so nice about letting me in to get my things. I didn't choose them this time but I always will in the future!

The only reason that they get one star is because Google won't let me give zero.Horrible service! I made an appointment the day before to avoid any issues. An hour after 8:30am appointment time, I spoke with the driver who was still at least 30 mins away. I told them not to bother. I then called Bordelon's Towing and they were at my house within 20 mins with no appointment. Absolutely the last time that I try Dixie or recommend that anyone else does. They must have too much to do already.

On Sunday, August 21, 2021, my husband and I broke down on Hwy 165 in our RV. Dixie towing was called out for assistance by local law enforcement. The gentleman that responded was very polite and did everything he could to help us in our situation. We really appreciated him coming out on a Sunday night to assist us.

Rude. My truck was broke down in the hot louisiana sun. I got a ride home called Dixie towing and they said they could not pick up my truck without a signature. Asked if I could get a ride to them or to my truck?!?! My truck is my only transportation so no I could not. So they didn't get my truck. Called another towing company. No problem. Where do you need it towed. I will never use Dixie towing,ever

They hooked up to a part of my SUV they should not have hooked to and caused EXTENSIVE damage. I will not recommend them to anyone EVER! Use them at your own risk or better yet Do NOT.

The people working there were really patient , understanding , and incredibly helpful with everything going on .They worked with me for 2 whole weeks before I finally got everything I needed.Loved them !

Horrible service. They quoted different prices every time we called, as well. And I've known two other people who had their vehicles towed to this embarrassment of an establishment, and I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemies. If you're their next victim, brace yourself.

They towed my van. They gave different pricing every time we called. We paid them to tow the van back to my house. They brought it back, and left it at an undisclosed house that we didnt live at.I did a search and found it at a neighbors, I told them it was at a neighbors and being that it was broke down I had no way to move it back. No offers to help correcr their mistake.

This truck just tried to run me off the road after racking the horn. I was in the turning lane and they came in my lane intentionally. Learn to drive.
