I brought my '21 Jeep JT there for a rear lift to level it out. They did a great job, it was done on time and the price charged was what was quoted....no surprises. Love the small town atmosphere service. Dustin J was great. I needed a ride while the Jeep was getting worked on and a nice employee brought me home without any hesitation. Thumbs up.

Local shop with reliable vehicle service, and even better customer service. I enjoyed their local vehicle pick-up option, so having my truck serviced did not disrupt my work day. Great value and supporting a great business!

2&1/2 hours away from home got a flat while at work and they came to my work, took my tire off and carried it back to their shop , fixed my flat then brought it back and put it back on. They were a life saver and very fast. Very impressed with their service!

Rarely does a business name reflect the service, but Z-Best NAILS IT! These people are absolutely Z-BEST! We were vacationing in Louisiana and noticed our vehicle was handling very roughly. Took the vehicle in, and Dustin immediately diagnosed the problem. Naturally, our vehicle uses an odd-sized tire and we had plans for the day. Dustin hooked us up with an excellent used tire which got us rolling again. He also warned us another tire was looking pretty bad as well and got us a new tire shipped in over night and installed it as soon as the shop opened the next morning, getting us back on our 1200 mile trip home! Dustin, Leah, and everyone there was incredibly helpful, extremely friendly, and went out of their way to help us as quickly, affordably, and friendly as possible! Anyone from Nebraska...or more likely Louisiana...should look no further than Z-Best Tire & Accessories for help! I have honestly never been treated this well by a service provider in any state! Thanks a million gang!

Service was great, got my car in and out in a timely manner and everyone in there was super friendly and kept me company while I waited. Special thanks to Dustin at the front desk and to the Tire King in the back for getting my car back and ready for the road again!!

Went there had a tire loozing air. They said no problem, right after that truck. Waited 45 minutes, asked when are you going to do my tire. They said why didn't you say something. I said I don't run this business. They said now they are going to lunch. I said no thanks I will go somewhere else. They said go eat and come back. I said no thanks and left the business. Terrible service.

A family member of mine has experienced a very horrific situation with her vehicle and the owners of this place did not show any compassion towards resolving the issue. I wouldn't recommend this place of business to anyone. This is down right uncalled for, not showing customers any respect or compassion towards their vehicles.

We have used Z-Best Tires for many years. Recently, I had a nail in my tire. We called Andrew and was able to drop the car off immediately at his shop. Andrew brought me back to work and let me know when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Very pleased with the service! Dealing with LOCAL businesses has its advantages!

I love them so much . I went to another tire shop before them and they told me they couldn t fix it . I came to these guys and they got right to the problem . I m not from out here so they were life savers I will be returning soon

Best place to go for all tire and rim needs. Wonderful people and great service. The maintenance crew is very helpful and confident in their abilities and are very efficient and effective when getting the job done

We highly recommend Z best! Been using them for years they mostly do it all. mechanical work , A/C ,oil change,front end work and great prices on tires. Let theses guys be your local mechanic

Normally I am very understanding. I called days in advance, was under the impression my husband could have an appt at 9am. I let "Z best" know our time was valuable, being we had our baby with at the appt. An hour and half later my husband and baby where still waiting, the car had not been seen. Nearly a two hour job, and our car hadn't been touched. They were then approached by the workers asking about the wrong vehicle! While my husband was there the older gentleman at the counter was making lots of mistakes for other customers. I would not recommend this place. A waste of time, and very disrespectful to our family.Workers seemed to not have any leadership, and very inexperienced.Z best? More like Z WORST.

The courtesy and service is top noch. The prices are very reasonable. Pa - pa is great company while your waiting for your vehicle to get fixed. Family friendly run business with pride. God bless them all.proud to be a customer of there's.

Terrible!! Ordered wrong tire and put it on without saying anything. When my husband saw the tire he called and was told to come in on Tuesday due to holiday. Because of their mistake my car locked while attempting to merge into traffic. Went in to have tire replaced with the right tire my husband again noticed that it was again the wrong tire. Needless to say buying tire elsewhere. Ladies make sure they don t accidentally give you wrong parts or service.
