My experience with this dealership was absolutely excellent. I was referred to supreme Chevrolet west by a fellow coworker. I talked to Mr Lamaon Howard shout out to him I talked to Mr Johnny as well shout out to Mr Johnny but a special shout out to Mr Tony and especially to Mr ian for all their help they did that very special day my experience was wonderful, and at the end, I drove off in my brand new 2024 chevy trax. I highly recommend Chevrolet Supreme West to anybody. I have a brother that is looking for a truck I referred him to Chevrolet West. I also have a sister who's looking to do a trade in and I hope she goes Chevrolet West. My daughter's father is also looking for a vehicle and I highly recommend him to go to Supreme Chevrolet West in Plaquemine

I have bought multiple vehicles from this location. And every time I come here the staff is so nice and the experience is stress free. Im always at ease and very satisfied with my purchase. I'll like to thank Mr.Howard for his help in making my daughter very happy this day. I highly recommend this location to anybody that's shopping or looking for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed . They will go out their way to accommodate your every need. Thanks again supreme I look forward to shopping with y'all in the near future for another truck.

Very pleasant people but like most car salesmen, when the sale is finalized, you are history. I did like that the service manager who brought my car around.he showed me some very useful tips about it. I'd go back there again but if there is a particular vehicle you have in mind, STAND FIRM when you start interacting with them....this applies to ALL car dealerships et al..

Service is Is terrible. I set an appointment for 9:30amI called at 2 o'clock and there was no update. I pick my truck up at 4pm and they haven't started on it yet. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not gonna look at my vehicle?

I enjoyed my experience, I didn't feel like it was as "sales" driven as bigger dealerships. They worked with me on my timeline and didn't pressure me into any decisions. Mikia helped me find the perfect new car in my budget, even when I went in thinking I could only afford used. So happy with my purchase!

A very pleasant experience in a much needed time! I wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle but had to after an motor vehicle accident. The dealership worked quickly but carefully to make sure that I received exactly what I needed and wanted and in a very timely manner.

Took my truck in for error code P21DD. It was showing up on code reader and message in the dash to service exhaust system. I tried driving it around after I changed the def tank heater. Code was permanent grade 10. I was down to 40 miles before degrading to 4mph message. So I had to take it in. I was told Tech said it wasn t showing that code. However the service ticket says it was showing the code I brought it in for. Tech forced the truck to test the def system. It passed and truck came out of limp mode. According to the lady that called me I was told a different story. Somehow the code cleared after the service desk wrote the ticket and the guy drive it into the shop. I just needed the code cleared. I was charged $250 for this. Then I was told the truck was throwing a different code and I needed to replace 2 thermostats in the cooling system because they were sticking and it would be an additional $750 to do that. I declined the service. Paid the $250. My wife picked up the truck and drove it home. Service exhaust system was cleared. When I got home that evening I hooked up my code reader to the truck and was not getting the code about the thermostats. Where did the code go? Did he clear this code? When I sent the truck in it had no other codes or pending codes. Were they trying to upscale me on something I didn t need? Is it normal practice to tell a customer they have a code, then when service is declined to clear the code? This code was not mentioned on the service ticket. Why wasn t it? It was only a verbal. They should have noted the code and said customer declined. But I guess you can t do that when the code never existed in the first place.

I do not recommend buying local, especially from Supreme! If something goes wrong with your car, they ll fix it but leave you without a vehicle! I ve been waiting 7 weeks for my car and they won t give me a loaner because they are too small of a dealership to help you with a loaner! I will never but another vehicle from here and if I need my car fixed in the future, I will be taking it to a real big dealership in Baton Rouge! BTW, the service girl Misty is rude and doesn t know her job!

This Cadillac dealership is so much better then the surrounding dealerships. I was treated with respect from the start and they communicated with me about my issues with my vehicle that I knew would be staying for a few days! They were so polite and did not offer to do things that did not need to be done. Ms. Martha was my service advisor and I will always ask for her. Such a great place and great staff here!!!

SUPREME SERVICE! We are a company out of TX working locally. Came through the service department a few months back with one of our trucks having some issues. Misty went above and beyond to get our truck diagnosed and repaired in a unbelievable timely manner. The service manager was knowledgeable and the technician was top notch! As we work in the area or nearby, I have all my guys bring their trucks to Misty at Supreme in Plaquemine LA because I know her and her team are going to take good care of us. These guys (and gal) are awesome!

Amazing place to buy a vehicle and the people are great!! They went above and beyond ensuring my husband and I were happy with our purchase and satisfied with everything that came along with it. I am so very happy we chose this location that was more than welcoming to my children as they stuck it out with us the entire day of our purchase. Biggest thanks to Mr. Lemoine he is an awesome person and will only shop here for any and every vehicle added to my family collection.

I arrived at 4:30 pm for a walk-in service of oil change and tire rotation. They gladly welcomed me even though they closed at 5pm. The vehicle was overdue for service by approx 900 miles so they changed the oil & filter immediately. I returned the following day for tire rotation.

The lady who sits in the service box is rude and will give you the run around everyone else was very Professional it did take 3 weeks for for 2 parts to be changed it took one week for it to be diagnosed and then 2 weeks for 2 parts to be changed that's it But my vehicle is running great and I am grateful for the work that these people have put into it

The best customer service by far. I ve dealt with many dealerships and car service departments where I had horrible experiences. This location was phenomenal from calling speaking to a representative and being directed to my point of contact all the way to them making accommodations for me to pick up my vehicle during a time that worked for me. I m bringing my vehicle here for service from here on out. I found my team!

Only reason I m giving two stars is because my salesman was great but this dealership doesn t deserve that. I purchased a car with the company back in February. If it hadn t been for the salesman being awesome, I would have walked away. On the next day, I let my dad check it out and there was no antifreeze in my vehicle. I texted my salesman and he apologized. Had I not allowed my dad to check my vehicle out, I could have burned up the motor because they definitely don t check fluid levels prior to selling the car. My key wasn t working and I was told it would be programmed but it wasn t. If it weren t for the guy at Royal Nissan waiving the $90 programming charge, I still wouldn t have a working key. When I reached out to the dealership, I was told they couldn t pay for it but I could call someone they knew and they would do it for $35 but they aren t responsible for that. I brought my car here to be service and basically that was a waste of time. Thank God for my car still being under manufacture warranty because without that, I would have been S.O.L! Moving along, when purchasing my car I noticed I was given a 52 day temp tag instead of a 60 day tag. I didn t think much of it because I knew I would get a plate soon. At least that s what I thought! Here we are on day 48 and guess who still doesn t have a plate? I was contacted by the salesman saying that my plate was in and because I didn t live close, it would be mailed. Needless to say, that never happened! I spoke with the finance manager on Tuesday and he said it was mailed out but I could come by and get it. How? He then said it was packaged to go out but never did. I asked him to place it in the mail that day & he said it would get done. He then called back to say it couldn t be mailed bc the post office wouldn t take it so it needed to sent overnight via FedEx. That was Tuesday! Today is Friday and I still have no plate. I spoke with Juanita who said she left early (even though we spoke at 10:15a.m) and couldn t send it out on Tuesday. Now I m frustrated! She provided with me a number to prove she mailed it out on yesterday. Why is it so many stories about a license plate? I would highly recommend Joshua Anderson as a salesman but I wouldn t recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Very excellent service. I drove 2 and half hours to look at a truck. They knew that it was going to be a couple of days before we could come look at it. They put the truck in the back of the lot so that way no one else could buy it out from under me since I had to drive such a long way. They were so nice to me and my husband when we did get there.

(Before I begin, I want to explain that my husband is very disabled veteran with Parkinson's disease therefore the time that I can be away from him is limited). I brought may car in a couple of months ago for an oil change and to check the engine light. At that time they told me they did not have tie to check the engine light, I would need an appointment. I made and appointment for 9:00 AM, waited in line for over an hour before they checked my car. Needless to say, I was disappointed. First I brought it in and they did not have time, 2nd time, I had to wait anyway.Then the plugged the machine in to check to the engine. I needed almost $800.00 worth of work. I was under the assumption that the cost of the Check Engine Service was be deducted from the total cost of repair. It was not. I paid the $130.00 and left. I will find someone else to check my car out. It may not be any difference in the price, I a sure that I would be treated with more kindness than politeness than these people.

Disappointed with service dept. I ve learned that calling in advance to schedule an appointment does not mean that your vehicle will be serviced at the time of the appt. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and was told to bring my vehicle in the next morning at 8am. I made it clear that I would be waiting as I was not able to drop off. I brought my vehicle at 8am sharp only to find out that none of the service techs were there yet. Almost an hour later one of the service dept employees asked if I was being helped. I told the employee that my vehicle has been here for an hour and had not been looked at yet and that I had an appt for 8am. The employee plainly stated that making an appointment does not mean your vehicle will be serviced at that time. The appointment only means your vehicle will be looked at that day. The employee also stated that the diesel tech has not arrived but when he does arrive there are two vehicles in front of mine. In short, issues like this is why I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Sadly I live within a few miles of this dealership but feel forced to do business elsewhere.
