Here I am on a Sunday where the store hours are 7am for opening. It's now 8:15am with all the workers cars here and the store is closed. They wont come to the door, they wont answer the phone, no explanation here. Even the sign on door says 7am. And knocking on the door doesnt work either. Multiple people were here waiting and they had longer drives to get here than I did to get here. Bad thing is we saw an employee peep out the window, saw everyone and went back. Pretty screwed upon in my opinion. Unless I'm desperate, I probably wont come back to this one. Wasted my morning g here

I want to thank Mr Vencent for changing the starter on my truck right on the spot. Ms Ebony and Ms Pre has amazing customer service. I really appreciate the 3 of you.

Sale's Rep's weren't to friendly at this location. I felt as if I was being watched the whole time I was in the store, but not once was I asked if I needed any help.

Weekend staff was super friendly! Immediately asked if we needed help when we walked in, brought us right to where we needed to be. Item was on sale but not ringing up at sale price, cashier discounted us so it would be the sale price! Super nice and helpful!

This place was a absolute waste of space until Adele came take over ! Plaquemine is very thankful for the hard work, and dedication she puts into her job ! Thank you for everything. Very appreciated!

One word...Adele.She is the Auto Zone store manager in Plaquemine, La and was so amazing with helping us. She went above and beyond by promptly identifying the root issue to a problem, quickly deciphering how to correct and address the issue along with a good neighbor attitude the whole time. She is personable, listens well and understands what corrective action to take customers. Another fine point is she works with her associates to ensure they can understand how to handle these sorts of situations in the most efficient way possible. She is a keeper!!! WHAT AN ASSET!!Adele is the heart of Auto Zone!

Mr. Griffin helped me find hoses for a tractor that hasn't been made since before I was born.Thankfully, there are people like him who are more than just cashiers still working. It doesn't happen often anymore.Thank you again.

Other than the autozone in denham springs, this is the best one I've been to. I had trouble with my battery, they tested it, said it was bad. I had kids in the van with me and they got my battery changed in under 10 mins. They showed the true meaning of team work, 2 of them came out and changed it, helped one another to ensure we weren't stuck out in the heat for long. Thank you for doing such a great job

I m so used to buying parts for my vehicle & then I have to find someone to install it well tha5 was not the case today.... I went to this location today to get a brake light for my truck. When I checked out, i was about to leave until a gentleman who is an employee name Makai offered to install my light for me. I was so surprised I had to ask him again. I only needed one light but he changed both lights. In 5 minutes, I was on my way. I live for good customer service & that s exactly what I got today... Fast, knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. Thanks Makai!

The store used to have crappie service but I love going there now since Mr. Coleman became manager about mid 2017. I hope he stays

The Plaquemine, La. Store #3038 not only sell you parts but they have knowledge of vehicles under the leadership of Mr. Akkai Coleman, Mr. Edward Griffin, and Mrs. Patricia " Pat" Ovete. This is "BG" and I want to say thanks AutoZone and keep up the good work.
