Love it. Check the reviews of the parts before buying against the reviews of other parts houses before buying though. Some parts aren't worth shaking a stick at, others are wonderful.

All in all is a great store but the one on 28 East just seems to hire anyone without ANY vehicle experience ! We brought a part back day before yesterday on warranty and was given the WRONG one back . He couldnt answer any questions we had because he was "unsure" about everything . Literally all the dude had to do was match the parts to make sure they were the same . Now my boyfriend is 7 hours away driving praying he makes it to his job site ! Do better and actually hire people that know more than just pressing a few buttons on a computer !

Assistant Manager was helpful. Changed my battery with no hesitation or complaints. It s 105 degrees outside.

The only place I go for auto parts (besides Ebay). Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fair prices and a customer friendly return policy. They can help you with all your Atuo inquiries and point you in the right direction.

The staff was very friendly...a little slow at finding the correct item for my truck....but was thorough with his search for it. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Prices were a little high but once I checked out, and got our business discount....i was very satisfied. The only thing I did not like was seeing a staff member standing at the end of the counter not doing anything...not even greeting incoming customers...

Nice friendly people and helpful. Only problem is we couldn't get a part put on hold before we left to pick it up. It was the only one in stock at the time but other than that very helpful.

Did not pull camper break part. We told them when we would be there to pick up. Did not give us 10$ tire gage we paid for. Loose small parts and 2 large parts. We should have been given a bag for small parts so they wouldn't get left. Neef brush up on customer service for sure.

Blake was very professional with the return I made and was more than happy to walk with me and show me where the gasoline containers were located in the store and stayed with me answering questions that lead to him selling me my 5 gallon gas container. Such a nice guy to do business with!!!! James George

I've always loved o Reilly's over the other auto parts store for the friendly customer service, but this one was awful this time. Seemed like the workers really did not want us in there

I had called two other places trying to get a battery for my motorcycle those places told me I had to bring my battery in to match it up O Reilly s on the other hand was able to tell me exactly which one I needed it let me know that they had it in stock and was available for pick up at my convenience

I happen to be a regular at this location. The staff here ALWAYS take care of me! Even if it means staying open 22 minutes past closing because we're trying to find a solution to my issue!!
