I went to Jay's for a slow leak. Tire had a small screw in it. I wanted tire patched from inside but he insisted on plugging itHe tried to tell me the screw was too big as he proceeded to inlarg the hole with a drill bit and and plugging would be better.I think he didn't want to take the time and effort to patch from the inside the way it should have been done.I would have gone somewhere else but I didn't have time.I hate when people think you're stupid and lie to you.Saturday 3/30/24 about 3 pm

Impeccable service, pleasant demeanor, and you really can't beat the prices! Thanks to the staff for all the help. Tires, rims, etc., they've got it!

Jay came through in a major way Sunday August 6th 2023, I called him but he had already closed the shop I had a blown tire while traveling back from Texas to Florida. I put the spare on. And drove over to his shop he actually came back opened up and sold me a tire and put it on. Helped me and my family in a major way. Not everyday you run into Nice genuine people like him.

Tell ya this. The man was open on Sunday. I was on my way to Houston with a flat. He got me a damn good tire for a good price and put me back on Rd. I recommend this place all day ever day. Thanks again brother for everything.

A couple weeks ago I went to this place to get tires. Got a deal on them, cool, right? Issue is, I have a flat now and the lug nuts are too tight to remove by hand. They stripped the lug nuts (didnt find out til later cause they used an air tool) and say that I have to take it to a mechanic (then recommended a mechanic that I m pretty sure that they know each other very well so I m not going)I ve taken it to five other places and called and either 1. they cant do it or2. they dont want to mess with it.

Put some used tires I had, on for me a few months back.Definitely going to be my goto guy for tire related issues and when I need my next new set of tires.

Went to go get a tired and the tire I ended up getting was bad so I went back so he could fixed the problem and the tire was still leaking air.

This man is the rudest the worst service I have ever had if I can give it no stars I wouldI went for an oil change but then he told me my tires were bad which I knew they weren t because I just got them and from them at that just from a different guy two days ago I told him I m going to go somewhere else he gets mad and say okay so I go to Walmart how about he left my oil cap off oil went all over my engine I call back to ask him does he have my cap he say yea you wanted to go somewhere else so go there so rude ! But I m coming back for MY OIL CAP !

Shady business The guy literally put a hole in my tire on the side and it was beyond repair All to make me buy tires that I DID NOT NEED I was only there to get my spare fixed...my tires were pretty much new already. They are SHADY at Jay's don't go to this place .. Then got made because I wouldn't by their tires. Bad business I wouldn't give them no stars if it were possible

10/10 jay came up there on a Sunday to help me with a flat Tire. Did it with no complaint and only good hospitality! Never have had a problem with jays

Every time I go I get great service. I stick with what I know!! Never a wait they don't try to over sell or tell u false information about ya car. Just tell you your needs and get it done. Thank you for remaining loyal

Don't trust this man he will rip you off sold me a mismatch set of rims knew he did it admitted he did it and won'tmake good on it if I rotate my tires I will have to break them down

Jays a Great guy, helped me when I had a tire going low due to two screws in my tire. He hooked me up close to closing time, I'll be back for sure
